Remarks

It's one of the top colleges of hotel management in Mumbai. It's suburbs beyond Bandra to offer Degree programs. What I liked most about this college is personalized teaching and placement. A great college in Mumbai for studying Hotel Management with very helpful faculty and a great environment to learn and explore.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose M.Sc in Hotel management and the course consists of all the syllabus of Hotel management and gives the proper knowledge of M.Sc in hotel management. Exams are held in the proper way and consist of the important topics of this course.

There are celebrated the many events like Jungle Theme, Interactive Hotel Management Workshop and Bollywood Night it's a Theme Dinner.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible according to this course. I think my fees were 75000 per annum. It's not expensive for those students who study in Hotel management courses.

Campus Life

There are organized the competition Chef competition, Modak making competition, etc and also give the training about the Fire and Safety drill. The college has a computer lab and the classes are well maintained.

Admission

I got the admission here on the basis of my graduation marks. There were seniors and faculty present at every step to guide and advise. They explained the list of courses available and the fee for each course and after I choose one course they asked me to submit a list of certificates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course culicurumes of collage of mangemnet of compter science , yavatmal is revalvent and provied good foundation in computer science concept. the curriculum is helpfiul for understanding theoretical concept and basic pratical skills. it prepares student for entry-lavel jobs and further studies like msc or mca,however ,it is more focused on traditionla topices and lacks exposure to morden technolokkgies such as cloud computing , data science, and advance fremworks which are importent in todays industry. the teachinf methods are mostly classroom- based with practical session in labs. overall, the curriculum is decent but needs update to match current industry demands.

Life at fergusson

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester. I am going to start the process now from june. The companies such as springCT, Josh, Omniscient, Bluepineapple,etc. come for campus placements. Some companies make offers in lot or some lpick only 2/3. Almost all students get internships. In 4th semester we have to do internship compulsory. Average package is 7lpa if its a job offer if its an internship the it is lesser.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course this very high on demand and i know about these course very well and i have interest in these course. Teacher prepare me for the real world for the special application of practical and internship provided in college for getting experience of that course. There should be have extra classes before the exam. Exam timings are very challenging you have to be present in exam on time. And aslo you should be able to manage the time as per the questions. The timing of approx each paper is 2.30 hours to complete the paper

Placement Experience:

Placements in Fergusson are pretty good. Students are eligible for sitting in the placement drives from the 3rd semester, we also get Pre-placment activities and tests before the drive starts. We get companies like Axtria, Vois , bluepineapple etc on campus. The highest package is 10 - 12 lakhs and 4-6 lakhs on an average. In my batch out of the 30 people we 20 are placed so far on campus.

Placement Experience:

After the last semester's exams, students are eligible to face campus placements and go to jobs. Vsi sugar factory, Carlsberg, United Breweries, Beverage companies and many sugar factories come for interviews or jobs. They offer various roles for a career. The highest package offered by companies is about ten lakhs. The average package is near 5 lakhs. Near 90% percentage students got placement in college. I'm going for further studies in Banglore with a part-time job in a brewery.

Pre-training is given regarding Interviews with the student. Companies such as Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Amdocs, L&T and more. Yes interested students are given the right guidance. We have alumni referring the juniors for various companies or the companies in which the alumni are working.
