Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 270000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total Fees for the Course is ?270000. But I got the scholarship or ?30%. Then, I have to only pay ?190000. Here examination fees per semester is ?2500. Security fees ?2000. Registration fees is ?10000. Here University provide scholarship name CUCET. If you give this scholarship,you definitely get some scholarship.

Campus Life

Here campus life is full of joyness in each and every aspects.Campus has a very great infrastructure.Here is so much club which help you to gain knowledge in every field.Ex- Sports literary music dance theatre etc. in every aspects university secured his top position.Here library is so cool.Every book is available in this college.If you are preparing for any exam,you don't have to purchase the books. All books are available in the libarary.

Admission

This university has good NIRF ranking which attract me the most. This univeristy has both National and International student in the same class which help me to learn different language,different culture.I sorted too much college but this university attract me the most.Because this university has most international package and domestic package.And each and every student have secured there placement.

Faculty

There is so much faculty according to there course.Here, all the faculty are very helpful.They help student in every problem or in every academics problem.Here,faculty to student ratio is approx 1:2.And here in this university,there is so much academics paper.2 MST,1 EST,3 lab assessment,3 lab MST internal and external.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

My college experience as a fresher

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

From the second year itself students are eligible for campus placements and the companies right now visited are more than 80 + like Amazon Google Microsoft etc the highest package right now in our college 2.5 crore right now as a fresher more than 80% are getting placements which I can I can see and many used to start they own startups and get success in their field as help you teachers them and give them opportunity to learn and do startups and my plan after getting a degree is if you get a placement and huge packages and get a experience from them and to start my own business

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
