Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum I was in was anna university regulation 2019. It was a medium structured curriculum. The syllabus was merely easy. The comprehensiveness was moderate when it comes to the syllabus and it was quite easy when compared to other regulations. Exam level is moderate.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Placement Experience

From 3rd year that is from 5th semester students are getting their trainings for placements. Many companies like Avasoft, Accenture, Hexaware etcs are making their visits for this collage and about all the students are placed in various companies. Hoghest package is 12 lakhs per annum and average is 5 lakh per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is 95% My plans after BE is MS.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees = 90,000 per year hostel fees = 90,000 per year. It varies from year to year, its not constant. Extra fees is also applied as exam fees, breakage amount etcs. It depends from year to year. There are many scholarships like PM scholarship, first graduate scholarship and merit based scholarship etc.

Campus Life

There are only 3 to 4 functions that are held anually and themonths are January, March and in Onam days. There are wide range of jounals even from Anna university. The classrooms are equipped with prajectos and white screen. The sports facilities are very much. They encourage for all the state levels and districts levels too. The clubs will happen on every fridays according to the students as they pot for clubs.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are Free WIFI and clean and hyginic room. Mess quality is 4 start and mess food is 5 star. The affordability is moderate. and the registration process is quite easy. No, I didnt rent a room or opted for pg.

Admission

There is no any particular exam for this course. I havent applied for any other colleges. Actually I went last for the admission in engineering. I just applied for this college only, even though I had some other plans I opted for engineering in this college

Faculty

The marking scheme is very good. the marking is very accurate and the correction of the papers are very strict. All the subjects are handled by very educated staff. All the concepts were taken clearly. All over the course structure and ranking scheme is very good.

Interview Experience

No, there wasnt any topic for gd, or interview questions for the admission. The admission process is very easy. They asked only for the important documents and certificates for the admission process. As, I didnt have any kinds of interview process I didnt prepare.

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree

MY COLLEYE LIFE

Placement Experience:

They start conducting interviews after completing the 6th semester. At least 6 companies come for the campus placement like tech Mahendra, TCS, and manufacturing companies like sakthi auto-complete, tata motors, etc. They placed a minimum of 150000 per aum. The percentage of students getting placements is 30%. Get a job in a reputed company.
