Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum over here takes care of the ongoing topics in the market and the technology sector. Most of the curriculum is relevent, but they should be more projects making and advancement making type of attitude in the class and the whole college. They should focus much on the IoT and robotics things and more over the hackathons parts. Exams are average for a guy to pass if he/she attends and notes the class mostly.
Internships Opportunities
Last year 2 students were a part of jp Morgan's and chase internship program and were getting 75k per month. There are few students from the 3rd and 4th year who are currently doing inturnships and various remote and offline locations for good tech companies. A student from the 4 th year created his own AI to get an internship In Bangalore.
Placement Experience
The students get an average placement over here and some of the birght students who.have achieved something get good placements. Students over here are eligible from the 6th semester for the placements. The average placement is around 5 lakhs and the highest placement for this year 2024 is 43 lakhs. A good amount of companies visit the campus and give a good placement. Also the mass recruiters come to give placements . The placement percentage is around 83 % I myself will try to get a good placement by learning the required skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees for the first year is 161500, when taking admission through UPTAC, but whe taking admission through direct or management quota the fees may vary. The tution fees is somewhere around 110000 and rest all are development fees and fees for books charges and all. The college itself doesn't provide any scholarship but up government provides scholarship for all category students.
Campus Life
The campus life is minimal you will get to see some celebrities for their movie promotions and there is an annual fest and some of the side fests organised by the college. There are tech fests too in the college which occurs one time an year. The library is decent with around 3-5k books and 200-300 journals. The infrastructure is decent. Students are allowed to join the clubs and do all the extra co curricular activities in the second year. There are around 8 clubs which include clubs of the particular branches and a sports club and 2-3 extra clubs. There aren't any student run clubs in the campus .
Admission
I opted this college because of the good placement offers of the past years and a reputed name in the society. Also due to the strictness as I don't want mess around me in the college where the peer group is not capable of doing something great in their field. The admission process was through the UPTAC counseling through which i got this college and later I appeared on the alloted date to confirm my admission and pay the fees just it .
Faculty
The faculty members are more of a exam centric they will talk about anything but extra co curricular activities. The ratio of faculty to student is 1:50. The lecturers over here they contain themselves doesnt talj about anything else not tries to entertain the class to maintain a healthy environment. The elctrical teacher over here dictates everything rather than making us understand. When you will come the same month you will get the exam of 50% syllabus of the whole semester which causes a ot of headache. There are total 4 exams in the semester. First is sessinal test 1 Then sessional test 2 Then pre university tests Then the final semester exams.
