JUET Explained

The course is pretty relevant in 2nd year of college although in the 1st year you might feel like you are doing something else at the place of coding. Subjects like DSA and DBMS do teach you and prepare you well for real -world applications . In my opinion , Improving the method of teaching can help students grasp concepts well and that can be done by making it easy for students to learn by giving them sufficient time to rest rather than studying all day.

Placements here were very good but in recent years the placement scene has not seen good times. There are always 10-20 students who grab placements above 20LPA but the majority who lie in 4-10 LPA range really struggle to secure a good placement opportunity for them. The college claims that its placement percentage is 100% .

So, per year i pay around 400000 ,which is divided between both the semesters non uniformly. We pay caution money at the start of the college semester one time which is 20000 also there is an admission fees of 50000 , development fees of 25000 per semester which include all the lab fees as well as miscellaneous fees and JYC (juet youth club) fees of 1000 .

The campus life will be very enjoyable for you if you are a someone who enjoys nature and peace. Every Year the first event is the freshers known as "Aarambh" , after that we have Traditional Night in October during Navratri known as "Sanskriti Sangam" after that we have a tech event called "Dextra" and last is our college fest "De'Quinox". Sports also have thier own events but they are not encouraged by the college administration.

The Hostel Facilty is not very amazing but it is comparitively better than other colleges . We also have a laudry that is open 2 days a week . The meal quality is also good compared to others but i personally don't like eating at the mess too much. The menu though is pretty good . The only bad thing with the menu is that it does not contains non veg dishes.

Well I didn't apply for other college because i was pretty confident that this college is better than most other college in MP and also my elder brother is a pass out from this college and is working for a big mnc so i though it is a good choice to make. In order to take admission you need to apply on the online portal , once your application gets selected you will have to pay 50000 in order to confirm your application and on reaching the college you will get a provisional admission letter confirming that you are a student of the college from now on.

The Faculty to student ratio is 1:25 that is one teacher for every 25 students. Some of the faculties here are very helpful whereas some are really hard to impress. Personally , I really enjoy studying from Bannerjee sir and he is one of the most wise and witty teacher of this college. In order to pass a semester , you need to give 3 theory exams and 2 practical exam for every theory and practical subject respectively, the theory exams have weightage of 15,25,35 marks respectively.
