Course Curriculum Overview

According to me if the talking about curriculam taht they take good decision and to choose about the course was also so many specilization in computer science fileds. they improve their teaching method

Class Size: 82Course Fees: INR 970000 per year

Placement Experience

Seventh semester the student become eligible for campus placement and the many company like tcs, cognizant , samsung etc many company are visited in my college campus placment and they provide better placemnt

Fees and Financial Aid

My year wise fees was 194000. registration fees was 2500, tution fees was 2000. the batchmates fees was also 97000 . the university take one scholarship exam it was a cucat exam and the scholarship they provide 10%,20%, 30% depend your cucat exam .

Campus Life

They provide many hackathon and many technical festival and they provide also many books in the library . The facilities was so good and infrastructure was also nice and good technological and they provide fun activity also

Admission

I choose this college beacuse of their placement and the good infrastructure if be compare for the other college they better infrastructure and there fees structure was also less they provide the better quality of teaching and they conduct better lab facility

Faculty

The faculity ration was less than the student ration and the relationship between the student and the faculty was so good they were good interaction . nikhil sir is a good faculty he is my hod sir . they take mid sem 1 mid sem2 and the final exam

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

From the second year itself students are eligible for campus placements and the companies right now visited are more than 80 + like Amazon Google Microsoft etc the highest package right now in our college 2.5 crore right now as a fresher more than 80% are getting placements which I can I can see and many used to start they own startups and get success in their field as help you teachers them and give them opportunity to learn and do startups and my plan after getting a degree is if you get a placement and huge packages and get a experience from them and to start my own business

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
