- BMCC is top college for commerce students in Maharashtra.They literally give students practical approach towards life, job and business.
- BMCC have huge ground for sports like cricket,football and basketball court. This thing I liked so much because I don't enjoy outdoor sports.
- Another thing that thev have best that they conduct various events in clg. Astitva is one of that event. In this event every student from different different colleges across Pune can participate. So you meet other peoples also
Dislikes
- It is strict college. If your are someone who are doing external courses like CA,CS,CMA or any other still you have to submit all assignments they don't give any type of concession regarding your external courses of job.
- You have to do extra credit course compulsory for getting a degree. It is good for regular student who are not doing any type of external activity or job. But not good for those who are doing this.
Course Curriculum Overview
If you are doing other courses like CA, CS, CMA then you can choose B com course.Bcom is easy course you can do side by side relating to your other course. B Com gives you practical knowledge about our finance system in india. If you're not doing any type of external courses or activities then I suggest to not go with Bcom course cause it's basic course about our finance system in india. It only pays you 3-5 lakhs per annum which is low comparing to other courses
Fees and Financial Aid
I am a BCom student in BMCC clg the free structure is very affordable like the first year's fees are Rs. 8000. Fees are increasing as per your year like second year and third year and this includes all your other fees like exam fees, admission fees, lab fees, development fees and etc. There are two types of aided and unaided if you select aided then your fees structure is low or else it will high. So it depends on you what you choose.
Campus Life
Overall campus life is very good.They have best crowd the reason behind telling this is in nowadays everybody want their clg have best crowd and they select colleges according to that????. The biggest event they held every year is ASTITVA. It is very interesting event. In this event there are quiz competition, dancing, singing, speech, short play, acting and various competitions. The best thing is every other college students can also participate in this college. So you can also meet with the other colleges students. Also they conduct state level and district level matches of cricket and football. So sports life is also very good
Admission
BMCC is top college in Pune for commerce filed. Anyone would choose this college over any other so do I. BMCC have high level of education, big companies comes here for placement like Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank and various other big companies. They have their own ground for sports as many colleges in Pune don't have grounds for sports. I applied for two colleges SP college and BMCC college I got selected in both clg reason behind I choose BMCC is for their name of the clg. Because if you're in this college then you get job very easy. It becomes important thing in your resume for getting a job. Addmission process is totally online. First you have to passed entrance exam for admission then only you can get admitted. Cause it's top college and they have very strong goodwill about their college so they want bright students not those who are want to do timepass and all.
Faculty
The faculties are all over good. They have very good knowledge about their respective subjects. Talking about their behaviour, if you are regularly attending the classes, do all your assignments, participating in the college events then they are very friendly otherwise they'll treat you like regular student who just come for passing. The exam structure is very good. They conduct only 2 exam i.e. mid sem and end sem. As BMCC is autonomous college they conduct their exams early comparing to other colleges so you get more holidays????
