IET Lucknow gives a nice practical experience!!

Computer Science & Engineering is obviously anyone's first choice. So was mine and I am glad I am doing what I always wanted to. Since, our course is designed to meet industry standards it prepares us for the real world working before semester after semester. Exams are evaluated with mid-semester that happens in September every year and finals in November end.

Placement are quite good here as numbers are heavy but still we get good enough placements. The average shifted in last one or two years from 8 lakhs per annum to 10 lakhs per annum. Highest package was of 36 LPA that happened last year and that is why the median has also shifted upwards.

One of the cheapest college of i compare it with the kind of education and facilities we are provided. 1.14 lakhs a year is all that general category students pay. For reserved students it's quite less as I don't know the exact figure.

Most hostels name and amphitheatre names and auditorium names are kept in the name of freedom fighters from the state. This is so heartening that our heroes or should I say the real heros are never forgotten. Encore is out annual fest and the entire campus is decorated and is lighten up for four days. Modern libraries, labs and classrooms have made sure that we get the best of the best facilities inside the campus.

UPSEE's top college is IET and if not the top at least among the top for sure. So UPSEE and even JEE scores are accepted to get admission here. Counselling is done in rounds and as per our entrance scores, seats are alloted. I wanted IET and CSE branch and I ended up getting them both.

Advanced degrees and advanced faculties is what makes IET's faculties so special. Most of them have a great working experience in the relevant Industry and therefore their teaching becomes even special. The best part is that most of them are so easily approachable that you can talk to them about your doubts at will.
