Many students appreciate the depth of knowledge and expertise of the faculty. Professors often have significant industry and research experience

Vibrant campus life with numerous clubs, events, and extracurricular activities. This fosters personal growth and social interactions.

Dislikes

The intense workload of dhs can sometimes be overwhelming, making it hard to balance studies with personal life
Navigating through various administrative processes and paperwork can be frustrating.
The other thing that I don't like is that they don't allow the mobile phones

Course Curriculum Overview

DEI offers a blend of various disciplines, which broadens your knowledge base and is a big plus for anyone interested in holistic education.well it didn't really prepared me for anything i still don't know how to get a job. Well they improved the system by bringing open book exams

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 4150 per year

Placement Experience

In polytechnic company starts to come for placement in 5th semester. Many big companies give chance to student companies like jbm, gsa, genisup ,tata ,volvo etc. around 70 percent students are placed during my time.

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester fee was 4150 and we can get 10000 rupees scholarship from government. Per year I paid 8200 and registration fee is free but we get 100 rupees fine for delay in fee submission. Everyone has given same fee as i did regardless the cast.

Campus Life

We have openday where college open the gate for everyone on this day students showcase there innovation there idea and invention. Dei has a huge library contains so many books for each courses students. Projector are used take class sometimes for PPT . They also promotes sport like football badminton volleyball etc.

Admission

The college fee was so affordable and close to my house . I didn't applied for any other college because I knew I can make it here and it was lockdown when I entered here i didn't really much have choice. Because I didn't get the chance of giving jee exam. Addmission process includes entrance exam then counseling where they verify your documents and then interview after that they release the students list

Faculty

The course curriculum is good and mostly relevant to current industry needs. I chose this course because it includes both practical and theoretical subjects that help in building strong technical knowledge. To be honest

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have an interest in computers, and programming and I want to learn technologies so I took admitted to the Information Technology branch. The faculty is good. Every branch has at least 6-7 teachers and yes every subject has a teacher. You can solve your doubts if you have any. All the faculties have very good qualifications. The teaching method is good but students have to work on themselves. Exams are semester-wise. Every six months there are semester exams .and class tests are taken from time to time so exams are not that hard if you work hard in your classes.

The college is in my hometown so close to family and friends. No moving out having the comfort of living with family. Apart from this good syllabus structure. I was getting to learn so much more here than in other colleges. The reason i came back from college in Shimla, it was purely due to homesickness. The admission process is you can fill online and offline forms where you need to may something between 500- 1000 per form.
