Overall good to consider college for low rank in jee main.

The course curriculum is relevant. Students are prepared on industry level by practical examples and numerous workshops held by their respective departments. If something that is need to be improved is , institute can help students to get a site visit from their initial years rather than final year ,that would be more beneficiary. The difficulty level of exam is moderate and considering semester length exam frequency is also good.

Internships opportunities are available for various companies like amazon, vedanta,sail,etc. and IITs as well. The stipend offered lies between 5 to 20 thousands. You can apply for Internship from external sources as well.

Students from their pre-final year are eligible to sit for placement interviews. Companies like Adobe, Tech Mahindra, Larsen and Toubro, Wipro, Tcs,etc. visited previous year. The highest placement was 14.5 lpa with average being 9.8 lpa. Total 75 companies visited and 86.7 percent students were placed.

The fee for obc and general students who have income above 5 lakhs pay 62500 tuition fee per semester. If income is between 1 and 5 lakhs it becomes one third and below one lakhs and for sc and st it is zero. Other than this total 12500 is paid by all for registration, library, exam,labs,etc.

There are total 3 fests conducted. The cultural fest named anunad is conducted in October and the techfest named technox is conducted in September. The sport fest is conducted in march. The library contains a large amount of books and journals,you need not to buy extra. There are limited sport facilities with badminton, cricket and football being the most prioritized. There are some indoor games as well, you can play in hostels . There are no official clubs , there are some run by students.

Facilities in rooms include fans,geysers, bed ,table and chair . The mess food is adjustable. The mess menu contains different items per days of week. Registration for hostel is done while Registering for the course. You just need to pay fees and apply hostel on erp of Institute website.

I applied for other nits other than this but i was getting branches i was not interested in. So i chose this college over others. Admission in this college is taken through jee main . You have to apply for josaa and csab counselling. If you have more than 90 percentile in jee main you can get good branches here. Overall it is good to consider this college if you have low rank in jee main.

The relationship with faculty is good . The faculty to students ratio is 1:4 . They are well qualified and experienced and teach in a good way . All faculties are good. There are 2 exams per semester, overall difficultly level is moderate. Most of students get passed.
