It’s one of the best in my city for commerce
Very high cutoff in few programs which allows quality students
Have many options of diploma and there is business school too

Dislikes

Small campus lack of sports facilities in the college campus
Very less packages after placement only few companies come
Faculty members should be more supportive and classrooms can improve

I think its pretty relevant but i also believe that only theoretical language is not enough and efforts should be made for more practical knowledge or applying the theoretical knowledge practically by students

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid around 45k for one year diploma and 1700 was the application fee i did ba from the same college and its one year fees was around 23,000. Examination fees is 3200 for one sem and low attendance fines ranges from 2500- 5000 last year i paid 4500 and some students paid 10k i thought that was glitch

Campus Life

There are many clubs and there is also student council so students can join parties if they want so social life is good here if you're interested to make friends you can make anywhere. Every year there is tedx event one rotract event and many sports events takes place and youth fest too

Admission

I chose this college mainly because of the location its near to my house and its one of the best in the town i had done my undergraduate degree from here too i got admitted on the basis of my 12th grade marks there was no exam for my ba degree i cutoffs are high usually for bcom here

Faculty

The faculty members over here are according to me not enough which creates a lot of pressure on the existing members curriculum is same as other colleges in my city as it is given by Punjab university

GGDSD COLLEGE FROM STUDENTS PERSEPECTIVE

Elgibility was easy as people for any background rather say commerce , arts , non medical or medical . College doesnt have any entrance exam for admission.Students are admitted through centralized admission under DHE chandigarh. Punjab university offers admission to those students those have good grades in class 12th. Eligibility For The Course Is An Individual Needs To Be 12th Pass To Enroll In This Course. you Can Find The Application Form And Fees On The GGDSD.com Site. Every Announcement Is Announced On The Website So You Can Check It Out. There Are Total Of 6 Sems And Every Sem Has MSTs And Then Final Exams. MSTs Are Conducted In Mid Sem And The Tests Are Average. The eligibility for admission depends on various factors and varies from course to course. The candidate must fill the DHE chandigarh form costing 70 Rs before doing anything, as you will not be eligible to fill the admission form if not filled the mentioned(DHE) form. HONEST REVIEW BY OF GGDSD COLLEGE, CHANDIGARH BY A STUDENT

Eligibiltity of my course was just on my 12th class's board percentage. You can find the application form, application fees and application dates on the official website of GGDSD COLLEGE, CHANDIGARH There are reservered seats for specific castes although i am from general category so i did not get any type of reservation. The exams are held every 5 to 6 months after the semester end. And they are held from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2 pm to 5pm.
