I Would Rate The Course Curriculum In Terms Of Relevance And Comprehensiveness A Solid 8. The Course Curriculum Is Designed In Such A Way That It's Not Like A Burden On Any Student. Everything Which Is Necessary Related To Course Is Taught Very Nicely.

Internships Opportunities

Students During Their Training Semester, Got An Opportunity Tu Join Stipend Based Internship Through College. The College Took Students On Industrial Visits Regarding Stipend Based Internships Which Bring A Lot Of Exposure To Students Regarding Professional Life.

Placement Experience

The Placements Of Our College Are Pretty Good. An Average Package Of Our College Placement Is Minimum Around 3LPA. During 7th Semester, Students Are Eligible For Campus Placemets. The Highest Package Of Our College Was In Microsoft With Around 50LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Total Annual Fee Is Approximately Around 1 Lakh. Every Type Of Fee Is Included In Above Amount. There Is Fee Wavier Scholarship Scheme Whose Fee Is Around 60000 Per Anum Also There Is Another Scholarship Scheme Which Is Offered By State Govt. To SC/ST Student Whose Fee Is Around 30000 Per Anum.

Campus Life

The Overall Experience Is Excellent. There Are Lot Of Clubs Going On In Our College Related To Different National And International Societies Related To Different Streams. Infrastructure Is Very Good. Library Is Excellent.

This Is One Of The Best Colleges All Over The India. Also The Oldest College Of State. The Campus, Te Course Curriculum, The Faculty, Everything Is Excellent. So that's Why I Choose This College Over Others. The Admission Process Is Quite Simple. Depending Upon What Kind Of Quota We Applied For.

Faculty Members Are Good. They All Are Cooperative With Students. There Are Different Different Course Structures Depending On Different Different Streams. Exams System And Marking System Is Based Upon IK Gujral Punjab Technical University Structure.

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult

1) I only applies to Guru nanak dev engineering college ludhiana and Lovely professional university Phagwara . I chose Guru anank dev engineering college because of low fee as compared to LPU and also Guru annak dev engineering college is old as compared to LPU so it will have lesser alumni network. 2) No i didnt get rejected i just left that college. 3) Adimission process- simply apply from website of IKGPTU based on jee mains marks and 12th exam. As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam .
