Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum followed in our college is competency based medical education I find this course really interesting because we get to learns a lot of things through SGD and SDL Our exams are held in eveey three months and an end postings test is held on the date we finish our postings.

Internships Opportunities

0.5

Internship is provided in the same college we studied We are not allowed to choose any college Not much salary is provided in our internships According to government they should provide around 20k but they hardly provide 10k

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly 15 lakhs Hostel and mess 124000 All my batchmates pay the same Some batchmate who entered through management quota pay more I don't know about any scholarships and financial aid my college provides.

Campus Life

3

My overall campus life is good . We celebrate a lot of cultural fests We celebrate ganesh chathurthi We celebrate holi We have a lot of cme and con happening in our college Almost all the books related to medical field are available in our college . Every classroom have a projector and a speaker. The sports area of our college is good but still got a lot of area they can improve in We have a singing group dancing group and other groups also in our college.

Hostel Facilities

3

In our room one bed one table one chair one wardrobe and one fan is provided They have a lot of room left to improve in this area . Meal quality is fine but can improve more Menu is monotonous For hostel registrations we have to go to administration office in our college Now in ny last year i rented a home near our college The area is fine

Admission

I feel i got a nice college according to my rank in neet ug exam. I applied to a lot of other colleges all deemed though. I didn't make to the other colleges because of my rank. For admission we have to give neet ug exam The cuttoff during my time in was 350

Faculty

4

Faculty to student ratio is good . There are a lot of professional faculties in our college who provide so much knowledge to us. Our faculties here are really very approachable for anything we need. I like mudrangappa sir of medicine department as he teaches very good and gets so many nice cases which helps us to understand much better. We have three internals and one finals in every year Mostly all the students pass the exams Hardly 2 to 5 people per batch fails. The curriculum is cbme

The curriculum is as per RGUHS Banglore which adequately prepared students for real world experience. The teaching methods need to be more competitive with case study of patients. The internal exams are conducted thrice in a year giving exposure to students.

There is no such special curriculum just i want to be a doctor so i chosed mbbs. It's a very good curriculum as we have both book knowledge and practical knowledge at same time as we have to go hospital in morning to see cases qnd at evening to learn about it. There is no such improvement is required. We don't have to give soo much exam but the syllabus we have to cover its not much

Course Curriculum Overview:

Same curriculum as the NMC is followed . In the beginning ears there wont be much exposure clinically like any other hospitals later on in 3rd amd 4th year there is more clinical exposure and patient interaction. According to me the exam level of 1st year is a bit tough as it is a changing phase from 12th to college and everything is new later on we get adjusted and find it easy and will understand how to phase the exam and how it is different from the previous exams of 11th or 12th . Only one exam will be for a academic year which includes the whole syllabus of that year

MBBS- passion and internal will power plays an important role in choosing this course. PASSION- because it is a noble job to do and satisfaction in this course is unmatchable because of patients interaction. WILL POWER- you may find this course hectic and the course duration is of 5.5 yesrs so it lengthy and you have to study a lot in this course.
