Course Curriculum Overview

As iwas the techy kid from childhood thats was the first reason to opt for btech and the curriculum is also nice but the problem i faced was that they the first coding language in 1 sem which was python as i already knew many languages from before it doesn't bothered me but some of my classmates didn't get any idea when they started java in 3rd sem as they did pyhton in last semesters.in other colleges they teach c in 1 semester but now this thing is improved as i asked a new student he told me that they are teaching C only

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 164000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure is as follows The duration is of 4 years and tution fees per year is 154000 rs and exam fees is 10000 rs.So overall we have to submit 164000 per year or we can say for two semesters which is quite affordable fees for course like btech

Campus Life

Galgotias University have some great tech clubs which will help students to enchance there knowledge. And the campus life is top notch but every thing cannot be perfect so the college lacks the coding culture as it more focus on ther activities .

Admission

Direct admission. It was smooth. I found the application form on their official website. Then i have to submit some amount of money for the registration. And then I've to visit the campus to pay rest of the fees

The faculty to student ratio is good ,But some of the faculty belong from south india they doesn't know hindi well so there is the good communication gap between students sometimes Other wise we can connect to teachers through our class representatives. There are three types of exam per sem IA Mid term and End term

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is not that good. Hardly 2-3 companies come here for foodtech. But there are job opportunities for this course. It is a growing field. Outside the campus, if applied in any company, there are chances of selection based on the skills and knowledge one has related to the field

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements they have good placement records companies like Byjus, Hp, IBM, Infosys, Indian Army, etc. come to college for placements. The highest goes to 31 lakhs and the average goes to 4 to 5 lakhs. So almost 80 to 90 percent of students get placed.

The records placement cell is impressive because they organize useful and up-to-date seminars from time to time. Therefore the placement record is one of the best in Greater Noida. Last year was 98% placement. Placements start from the 7th semester.

The positive& negative remarks for the college is that you should placed in good companies if you follow the college pattern and it is mainly college for study here no other activities are held here except study .this is a strict college no music dance fest and singers come in college.

This college is nac A grade and also afflicted with INC(Indian Nursing Council) that's why I choose this . The admission process is your have to pass 12th by any bord and also it depends upon your marks so it should be good marks. GU - The reality

Every Maths student aspire towards JEE but not everyone clears and those didn't make it to IIT are left with few private colleges options only. Galgotias University give direct admission you just need 60% or above in your 12th grade. I applied for GL bajaj also and I got rejected as they requires 90% or more in 12th grade. I also applied for BML and VIT I got offer letter from both the collges but I joined GU beacuse of low fees.
