"Chandigarh University " - A Student's Honest Review

I choose CSE as in todays time all the work is done by the computers and there was more options in this side rather then any other side . And i also have interest in computers as well so i choose cse in college cse student are mostly got placed specific aspect of the circilumn -cirriculum is good but not sufficient to get placement areas for improving are in coding area they shoul provide more and more lab classes then theory classes the frequency and timming of exam along with perspective on their difficulty level is easy

Placement in our college in not so good . . 4 out of 10 students got placed in the university and there are many students in compuiter science approx 6000 students are there Some companies that visit in campus are Tcs, vipro, infosis, IBM

I would like to describe my total fee structure of my BTech computer science and engeneering . My current tution fee for BTech is 120000 (One lakh twenty thousand) and incereses every year for new comers . when i took admission in Chadigarh university gharaun mohali my fee was 84000(Eighty four thousand) because i got 30% scholorship in their scholarship exam . And now i am in second year and my current fee is 120000 (one lakh tenty thousand) . My scholarship is removed bevcause of their scholarship policy we have to maintain a CGPA of 7.5 with no back in any semmester. Like i took admission in general cse department so my fee was 120000 , those who took admission in any of the specialisation like AIML , Blockchain Technology , Cybersecurity , etc

i have spent only 1.5 years there i can tell you based on that the camous life is good only if you have good firend circle . you will enjoy study together and help each other in their academic's . There are many fastivals held in our university like diwali , holi, etc. New libraries are made so that students can study and. are open 12 to 13 hours Within the classroom there are smart boards and wifi facilities in every classroom . For Sports and extra curricular activities , there are many facilities like football , basdketbaall , cricket , etc and there are many indor games alsi like chess

Hostel facility is good as in hostel there are 9-floors and for each 3 floors there is a warden asssigned ./ In night everyone have to mark themself present in the hostel by using biometric so that the child doesn't go outside in night without knowing their parents and warden.

I choose chandigarh university over the other university because in other university they gave me mechanical rngeneering and i wanna computer science and engineering and Chandigarh university is giving me computer science and engineering so i took admission in this university Yes i got rejected in the other university only for computer science

The faculty members of my college are very good as they provide us good marks but the higher authority forces teacher to gave less marks /. Due to these high authority my scholarship has gone . faculty to student ration is 1:18 respectively I liked my ramanjeet singh sir. there is no one in the faculty member whome i dislike There was 3 exams per semmester and 2 lap exmas per semmester
