Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

As I said the class is containing all the allied health students. I got to know that from next year the batches are separated. The exams are little bit tough so if not studying from the begining makes very hard at the last. The internal exams are conducted 3 times in year it decides the final internal mark. The best of 2 marks of the exam is taken for final internals.

Internships Opportunities

5

The course is having one year internship. It is in the college hospital only. As the college hospital is a medical college which is having more than 15 operation theatres which can give sufficient clinical exposure.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is around 80000 college tution fee and 27000 for University fee. I opted for hostel so it's around 54000 along with 10000 coission deposit. Other fee like exam fee and other charges are paid later.

Campus Life

5

The college have programs but not very much. There are cultural fest, sports, ethnic day and many more The college is having a very big Library having many books. Also having 24 hours open reading hall The sports activities are very good the college is having a very big football ground and cricket ground , 2 basketball court, indoor stadium and all.

Hostel Facilities

3

I'm on hostel, the hostel is very nice. The rooms contain attached bathroom and toilet. Wifi is available from 6am to 12am. The rooms will clean every week. The hostel surroundings and all will clean daily. In one room 2 members are staying. The food is below average. All day non veg food is there also veg food. The hostel fee is 54000 annually and 10000 deposit. The mes fee is 3255 per month. There are many other options for staying like taking room or pg is available.

Admission

The admission procedure is very easy at the time of April they open the admission site in the official website by that easily can submit the application for admission. After that the college officials will contact and give the slot for interview. The interview is very easy. Then they will collect the documents.

Faculty

5

The faculties are good in anatomy, physiology and biochemistry department. Rest in pathology and microbiology the faculties are not much good. The course having yearly exam. Only theory exams in all 5 subject. It's Mandatory to pass in atleast 3 subject to sit in second year. Internal exams are conducted in every 3 months. The 80% attendance and need to pass in 2 internal exams are required to get the eligibility to appear for University examination. In university exam 50% marks need to pass the subject. Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that made me choose this course : The course has strong clinic focus. It gives early ward postings and lab skill training. The mix of theory and clinical work made me choos it. The course gives hands-on skill in wards and lab. We learn case study, care plan and drug chart. It also improves our critical thinking skills during intervention. Areas to improve : More skill lab time can be added. More demo with new tech will help. More group talk snd case based learn can imrpove study. There are 2 internal exams each sem and one final exam. Exams are fair and needed daily study. They are not very hard if we prepare well.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are available, but they are average and not very high level. The college conducts campus placement for our course, mainly in hospitals and related healthcare sectors. Many students get placed through college, but package is usually basic or entry-level. It is good for starting career and gaining experience.
