College is good but not good for other states students because partiality is done in our college because
Management of the college is not good as compared to other colleges
Security issues in hostel Guard are not maintained carefully

My decision is to choose the college is that because Guru Nanak Dev engineering college Ludhiana is one of prestigious college and as compared to other colleges fees structure is low and need to change some improvement in Course curriculum and teaching methods The time durationof the exam is 3 hrs

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

In 6 semester students are eligible for placement many reputed company are comes like Infosys ,TCS ,Tata, L&T , Wipro, Airtel, Samsung offer package of 10LPA The highest package of the college is 16LPA The percentage of students get placed is 75 % My Plan after degree is to work in mnc

Fees and Financial Aid

per semester fees of the college is around 49 thousand for dayscholars students and 69thousand for hostel students In our College semester fees for sc/st students is only 6000 rupees per semester mostly fees structure are same in other branches.

Campus Life

Many technical fest are done in our college mostly all Books are available in library which are used in engineering.in sports college conduct sports meet in every year .As a student to run social group and club and societies are help to boost the personality of the students.

Hostel Facilities

In. Room all necessary needed facilities are available like bed students tabel chair almirah fan and ac and meal quality of mess is average the registration process of taking hostel simply you pay the hostel fees and get the hostel monthly mess bill is coming according to your presence.

Admission

My reason is to choose the college is fees structure of the college as common to other colleges as compared to facility in this college as compared to other and placement of the college is good as compared to other colleges and the admission process of the college is that college takes admission by ptu councelling

Faculty

The total faculty in our department is 48 and students in our batch in our department is160 All faculty are good.In our college college conduct 2 mid semester exam and after that conduct final exam at the end of the semester. Exam are hard enough for below average student and ever semester 50 students are fail to clear the exam

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam . Best engineering college in ludhiana

I applied in pcte college ludhiana and gndec ludhiana i got a confirmed admission in btech in computer science engineering specialized in AI and ML at pcte college ludhiana but i wanted to take admission in gndec as it is more reputed than pcte and also a very old and valued college and i first got admission in btech in electrical engineering in gndec ludhiana i took on this opportunity then changed my branch to btech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The admission process is that you first have to wait for ptu to start online counselling then you can register in the counseling for 2000 rupees and if not selected in every round of ptu counseling there is a last chance at gndec when it organizes a direct counseling session distributing seats merit wise for btech in electrical u must have at least 65-70% in 12th boards exams then if you are offered a branch change then u can by giving 1000 rupees. My admission went smoothly but keep in mind u have to give 70000 rupees at direct counselling or just before admission if u are not availing any type of fee waiver...Read More
