- Knowledge sharing and week to week exams for continuous learning of students, score of weekend exams will be considered in internal marks.
- Life skills - there are many life skill activities like dancing,singing, yoga,civil services, german language, painting, social servicesETC
- NSS,NCC activities are more in vignan which boost confidence in student life
Dislikes
- Long classes upto 4pm ,when compared to other colleges timings are very difficult in vignan to adjust ourselves.
- studyhours - they treat us like small children and conduct study hours which was very irritating.
- They will conduct back to back exams so students will feel stress.
Course Curriculum Overview
* I choose this course primsrily due to its emhasis on agriculture and interst in it.Courses related to food caught my attention. * As you know NOW a days agriculture is playing crucial role in everything and literally without agriculture field one cannot do anything. Areas of improvement: incorporation of emerging technologies. teaching methods interactive learning * In my experience, exams are quite difficult because they are too frequent , every week we have to write exams and each mid in every moth , internals and externals.
Internships Opportunities
During our course ,we went to intership in 4-2 , *comapany name:greentatwa location: hyderabad stiphend: 6,000 per month Not only me my friends also got internships in heritage, nestle, ajista and other companies. though these internships we gain real time experinece in life and gain more knowledge,technical skills too.
Placement Experience
* The placements of our college was good. * From 3-2 semester we are eligible to go and attend interviews happening in our college. *TCS,Infosys,Wipro,Accenture,HCL,Zenpactetc *Highest :2000000 and lowest:300000 *Students percentage:more than 70 percent. * Do a job only
Fees and Financial Aid
* Generally for my course it will be 1,00,000. * Admission fee:20,000 , lab fee: no, Tution fee:1,00,000. * there will be 10,000 difference for every batch * Scholarships will be given based on merit score in intermediatte, mscet exam, vfstr exam.
Campus Life
* There are 2 fests evry year 1.mahotsav - sports fest for all colleges. 2.srujanankura - which is project expo * we have a very big library and digital library is also available. *Various types of sports like Kabaddi,shuttle,cricket,volleyball and basketball Etc are avilable in campus.
Hostel Facilities
*1 bed and 1 cupboard for clothes and 24 hours water facility, food - everyday including holidays. *meal quality - 10/10 * we can directly join hostel no admission process and the food they provided was worth for our money. * college hostel only in vadlamudi campus, which was the best in everything and many memories hold there by us.
Admission
* I have applied to several colleges including SRM,Kl, Satyabama university. As vignan is near and more productive than other universities i have joined vignan. * I didn't receive any rejections as my intermediate perentage was 96 and it was a decent score. *Admission process: 1.Eligilibilty 2.exam cutoffs 3.Application process very well organized and i appreciate the efforts.
Faculty
* the faculty to student ratio is typically around 7: 20 and this allows for more supportive environment. * the relationship between student and teacher is generally very positive. faculty members are approachable and willing to provide guidance. * Favorate faculty: Bibek sir - His teaching was really good and he will explain in such a neat way so that everyone will understand the topic easily and took real time examples for better understanding of students. * Disliked faculty - ps madam - she don't day classes and always chit chat with others,. *Exams : There are 5 weekend exams and 3 mid terms and final exams in each semester. *Yeah if you study well you can pass easily * the course curriculum is quite relevant.
