A tour of my college through my words

The course curriculum is comprehensive and tries to cover all the disciplines causing the relevancy to fall. All first year students are required to do compulsory courses on Electrical technology, Introduction to Manufacturing processes and Chemistry which are not relevant to all the students causing lack of interest

The placements of this college are good . The placement percentage is 75 and the highest package is 64lpa . The median package is 13.6lpa and the average is 11.6lpa . Also the off-campus placement opportunities are good

The annual fee structure is divided into several categories like tuition fees, lab fees , miscellaneous and other related things. The total annual fee structure is 2.8L . The annual fee is divided into 2 semesters which consists of mid-term examination and end term examination

The experience here is good and fascinating .I get to explore the beauty of nature while residing in this campus . I get to interact with people from all the states . There are many interesting activities going on in campus . Also there are many extra academic activites like nso, nss, ncc

The hostel facility is okayish . We are provided a single room with an attached balcony and a window. The room has a table , bed , cupboard and a chair . The hostel has 7 floors and is humongous . Also there is a common room provided on each floor for students to interact and play some indoor games

I chose this college because it is a well established second generation IIT (est. 2008) . It has a diverse alumni network and the course structure is somewhat relevant to the main discipline . Also I was getting electrical branch , a circuital branch of high importance . These factors affected the decision to select this college

The faculty here is excellent and they have the passion to teach the difficult concepts of engineering to the freshers in a simple and easy manner and they are inclusive to all. They readily solve the doubts of the students . The course structure is divided into 3 parts namely the class assessment , mid semester examination and the end semester examination . The class assesment has 20% weightage on the grade . Similarly , mid sem exam has 30% weightage and the end sem examination has 50%
