Likes

They are conducting 3 exams for Internal Exam and take marks from best out of 2 exam.
Best Infrastructure and Best & Experienceed Faculty
They provide equal opportunity for all students for placements.

Dislikes

Attandance were strictly follow, must maintain above 80% no more medical leave for students
Students bike parking were badly maintained.
There is no holiday for Muslim and Christian festivals.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is the best curriculum in SASTRA DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY. For BCA there is c,c++, Microprocessor & Digital logics, Architecture,Data Structure,OS,OOPS, Software Engineering, python,java, cloud computing,dotnet, Graphics designing.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience

There are many placement were provided from the college side. Even Multinational companies like Zoho,TCS,Wipro,etc., If you not placed in campus interview there is no more help from college side. We have try with our won risk.

Fees and Financial Aid

In SASTRA DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY Fee structure is 1st semester?25000 and rest of other 5 semester is ?20000 and exam fee for every semester ?2500.If there is any arrear appear for exam fee will increase ?200 per paper.There is no Scholarship for our college.

Campus Life

The overall Experience in our college is good. There is no more social activities in our college. All club is just for name shake. Infrastructure is very good and sometimes doing some civil work in our college drinking water were provided for each and every floor.

Admission

In my Hometown circle this is the only college to provide placements for Students with affordable fees Structure. In this college we should applied for admission through Online and every fee process through Online.

Faculty

Most of the Faculties were completed there PhD. BCA is almost similar to the Engineering course of CSE department. In our course mainly focuses c,c++,java, Web development, python, graphics designing and cloud computing.They conducting 3 Internal Exam and take marks from best of 2 exam out off 50 marks and semester exams were conducted for 100 marks and convert into 50 marks. Marks were provided strictly and Straightforward.

the placement scenario at NGM college is above average.the companies that do visit usually offer roles in customer support, BPO, and basic technical support for freshers the salary package was modest, starting around 18000 to 40000 per month final semester students are eligible for campus placements the visited companies TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Sutherland, Wipro. 80% of the students are getting secure their jobs in this college campus my plan after getting the degree was few years working in IT company then starting own business

Just a good College

Placement Experience:

campus placement is available in the college. they have a placement officer who helps in gathering students for many reputed companies. From 3year they are eligible for placement. More companies visited our college last year i think comoared to this year and they made more offers. One more sem is there I think many companies will come in that time. The student should have an average percentage of 60 to attend the placement interview. 60 to 70 per cent of students are getting placed yearly with a minimum package of 3 lakh to 10 lakh. I like to get places in a good it company after my degree.

Remarks:

Positives : Good education, career opportunities, sports facilities, national cadet wings, nss wing, yoga, apd, language fluency classes, in the final year you have to take a course from other department like this good and positives are there you can count it. The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges. Placements: sastra provide wide range of placements and opportunities while other colleges have limited options. Academic: sastra provide a great faculty , other diploma to add on which adds great value and research opportunities. I applied for sastra and srm in trichy, i got selected in both the colleges but i choose sastra Over srm. I choose sastra because of it's quality education. No, i did not get rejected for the colleges i applied for. Admission process start with first registration in sastra offical website then they will send email for the selected students for counselling where you have to pay the sem fees (45000) and the admission fees(10000) through demand draft or online banking.
