Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose Economics because I had interest in it since class 11th and one of my brothers suggested me to opt for this. The course help me to prepare for future exams and there is no scope of improvement in the couse curriculum.

Placement Experience

3

Placements are offered for bright students. They have introduced new criteria for being aligible for placements. Only students who attend Value Added lectures can give mock interviews and later can sit for placements. I'm planning to do MBA after my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is as follows: 1st year - ?109000 2nd year - ?112000 3rd year - ?115000 A security amount has to be deposited at the time of admission i.e., ?12500 out of which ?10000 is refundable and ?1100 is the application fee

Campus Life

5

Campus life at NCU is good, there is no space for ragging which is quite appreciable. There are several social clubs in which students can get enrolled and participate in many events. Student's portal is very useful for everyone to register complain or any query.

Admission

I had no other option at the time of admission as DU results were delayed and I tried NCU after DU results, and after requests they accepted my application and I got enrolled here. I chose this college because it is not much far from my home and connectivity is good.

Faculty

4.5

Around 30 students are allotted to a mentor to resolve their queries and help them. Faculties are good and helpful in every aspect, they are friendly too. Exams are conducted twice a semester: minors and majors. Minors carry a weightage of 25%, majors carry 45% and rest 30% are internal marks

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced because I wanted to study more about how a person makes decisions, form perception and how a person's mind works . The curriculum prepares us for real world as we study about different aspects of psychology. The curriculum can be improved a little by adding a elective course in which we can get a little experience and arranging trips . The exams are not too difficult or too easy , just in perfect depth of the subject.
