Aj institute of engineering and tech review

So I've taken up Information science and engineering because I want to become a software engineer, I've always been interested in coding , our college provides pretty good assistance in teaching related to the vtu syllabus and prepares you for semester end exams , but you need to learn skills like coding in different languages on your own

Few of the comapnies that I am aware of since I'm still in 3rd year and haven't looked into it deeply : Infosys , Wipro , tcs Stipends can vary based on the type of internship and duration of internship and the role for which they have hired you

So I'm in 3rd year and I hear from my seniors that the companies come to college to intreview you during the 6th semester and if you're highly knowledgeable and have worked hard you can crack the interviews and earn an internship and get placed in future , you can expect an package of 4-7 lpa

225000 is the yearly fee Though in other colleges you get a 10k deduction in fee each year if you have a good cgpa / cgpa above 8, our college doesn't offer that For cet students the fee is about 11000

There's not much of clubs in our college, extra curricular activities are given less of a preference here , but ! In a way it's good as it doesn't distract you and helps you keep attentive in class , but there's yearly fests and programs like Onam , farewell , branch entry etc

Basically I've chosen this college as it's close to my house which saved me transportation time and also because I visited the college and the infrastructure was pretty good and they had good staff ( all the lectures had many impressive degrees )

The faculty is really friendly , you can easily approach most of the faculty if you have doubts and moreover it's up to you , if you're really interested in studying / learning / gaining knowledge, you can freely ask them for help
