What Students Say

Likes

Actually in my college I got a lot of friends and a very nice environment
Supportive friends and faculty some of them are so good
I like to listen some lectures it will not get bore at all

Dislikes

There some of them and mostly they are support to co curriculum activities
Especially they don’t support for sports and not guiding us
They are not conducting events as much they are conducting but once in a year rather than that they are not keeping a big event for yearly once they are keeping

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually I like corporate law and legal perspective so then I like to choose this course but my dream is to become a best entrepreneur . This curriculum prepares me a best to the real world so my mentality after completing my course is going to be fine as well

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Actually I went privately for internship. It was a nice experience and lot of things I learned and gained. I went to a law firm which is located in Anna Nagar for one month . I didn't get my stipend in my office they don't give stipend

Fees and Financial Aid

Iam currently doing my bba llb hons which iam paying annually 1,50,000 which means per semester 75000. But those who got above 80 percentage they have to pay only 68000. Semester exam fee is about nearly 300 for each subject

Campus Life

They are keeping event at once . Event name was Orion . And also we having a good library and also easily accessible to take books but maximum 3 books from one id card if you want more means use your friend id card . Classroom is quite neat but don't expect more . According to sports in our they are not showing that much interest in that but nowadays they are developing that.

Admission

Actually our college is started for a minority students later then all students were interested to join to this college . But I saw other colleges also like vit , saveetha , chettinad but the fee became so high so compare to that I choose this college because the fees is low and also a good college

Faculty

My relationship between faculty is good not for all I like some of the faculty I like to mention velanghani mam then krisnaveni mam then Prem sir ,Banupriya mam they are all good lecturers and good relationship between then I don't like to mention the faculty I didn't like . My exam system is like we are writing cat-1 and 2 then semester based on the paper only it will decided it is tough are not some of them are easy some of them are tough

Life at SRM School of Law

Likes

The campus life is good. It is a very large campus with so many students and it is very lively.
The university is student friendly. They don’t force harsh rules and regulations on students.
The staff are friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

Curriculum and teaching can be better. They follow conventional approach in teaching.
Regular SOPs are missing and it’s often confusing.
Parking and driving within the campus keeps changing every day.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very mediocre. Few companies like Zoho, Agarwal, Etc visit for campus interviews but they offer less package. As for my knowledge maybe 2-5% get placed. I plan to practice as an advoca after graduating.

Remarks:

The main feature of the college is the really affordable fees structure which have been designed by keeping in mind the middle class and the lower middle class students of India. Employment opportunities are also provided in bulk. There is no negative aspect about the college whatsoever.

Good law College

Admission:

The admission in the five year integrated law program in attitude is done based on the score of CLAT exam. The exam is conducted annually for entrance into the top law schools across the country. Through the counselling of CLAT I got a seat granted in this institute. Since I was already late for admission I grabbed the opportunity when I got a seat allotted in this institute.

Law school

Remarks:

College timings are strict and the leave policy is very rigid. Attendance is updated every day and atleast 80 percent is to be maintained each semester. Other then that the hostel is worse as they do not send home and only give 2 permissions each semester.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

Neither positive nor negative we must improve ourselves there is no one to push us behind our back. We must go behind lectures and find our own way to succeed. So both positive and negative points are there

A Balanced Reflection on Campus Life and Facilities.

I applied for SRM institute of science and technology and vellore institute of technology. I chose Crescent over all of them because the fee structure was a bit high. I was offered Btech Cse course in SRM KTR and VIT AP. To get admission in the college I am currently studying in, you have to write CIEAT exam. If you score a decent score you will get a call letter from the college. The eligibility to get admission is to have at least 60% of marks in your 12th grade....Read More
