I come from a chemistry background. I choose this topic after going through a lot of suggestions. This is not just a simple mba it is specialized in travel and tourism studies. Which is really unique for me. In next week there is volunteership program for us. Which is really new to me cause its my first time.

From fourth semester onwards there will be placements happening in the institute. The number of companied visited is really high compare to the amoung of students in the institutes. Percentage of students getting placement is more than 90 percentages. Package is different for every student the minimum is 10000 a month.

For the first sem after everything that includes tuition fees, admission fees, registration fees, development fees, caution fees it's about 63 Thousand for everyone. And the sem wise fee is 45 thousand per semester. We can apply for student loan, and scholarships. The institute is pretty good like the surroundings, nature, faculties and of course the hostel facilities. Hostel caution fee is 8000 and hostel fee is 3000 for rent which is pretty good when comparing the room. Each room has accommodation for about 3 persons. There's bed, table, chair and almirah for a person. And food is average fee is 2750. Hostel is located inside the campus. Which is only for girls. There's no hostel provided for boys. But there are so many hostel outside and near to the institute. Faculties are really good. They provide us so many opportunities. And also they are very supportive. They realky care for each student which makes our studies better. Even principle knows about everyone. Overall its very good

Recently we celebrated onam festival and about to celebrate fresher's day. Faculties are super supportive for consucting events related to our subject. Our library has really broad collection of books which ia necessary for the subjects. Which is also include in audio and video format. Library is really calm. There are ao many clubs to improve our passion. And with efforts we can create clubs too.

My hostel is inside the campus. Which is only 1 min walk for me. Straight to our classes. Hostel offers necessary time for students. You have to get in hostel before 9:30 pm. We can also look for part-time jobs. Faculties will look into it of you asked for. Food is average. But its okay compared to other hostels. Warden will not meddle in our lives.

I applied to colleges which offered subjects like industrial chemistry, applied chemistry which i didn't get in to any of them. But i did get in to college which offered msc chemistry. But i want something different that's why i choose mba in travel and tourism studies. Admission process in our college includes exam which is kmat, cmat, and also cat. Kmat is n entrance exam for mba colleges in kerala with required marks you will get in to this college. There will GD and PI. And you should score more than 50% in your degree.

In my class there's about 22 people, and the number of faculties for us is 9 including our library teacher. Everyone is so supportive regardless their subject. We have conducted 4 events in a month. And it's our first month in the institute. We were able to conduct this programmes because of their supporting nature which we are so thankful for them. In our class there are people who come from different subject background. So the facilities really consider us and goes through the topic again.

Personally i only had PI. But mu friend had both GD and PI. I think you can be yourself in the interview it is not at all pressure. Just answer with full confidence and read newspapers. And know about recent media topics and tourism related topics.
