Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good and the teaching method is also good don't worry about exam difficulty level it depends on how well you study and prepare for the exam it's not difficult if you study well you will get good marks

Placement Experience

From 6-7th sem students became eligible for placement. Some of the companies are wipro, tcs and I didn't know much about this as this year the placement was not good this year only 30 % of students were placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is different for everyone as it is negotiable so mine is 70000 and yeah as I belong to obc category and my family background is not that wealthy I get a scholarship per year of 30000 approx.

Campus Life

There is 2 fest organised by the college every year in which there are many activities with one DJ night or we can say celebrity night technology provisions are average. The sports faculty is not that good he does nothing but sports competitions organised by the university named nodal are held

Admission

I got rejected from other colleges because when I gave my jee exam I was sick so my exam didn't go well and my marks too were bad so I applied for counselling and this college gave me admission so I took it

Faculty

The faculty-to-student relations are good but only with those who always follow them and do as they say there are 2 mid sem of 20 marks each and 1 end sem final exam of 70 marks this pattern of exams is held every semester

The Placement us not too good but not too bad as it provide average package of Around 700000 INR , Student become eligible in 7th Sem for sitting in placement Cell. They need to score 7+ CGPA for become eligible for placement . The highest package was 39 LPA In The Year 2022. Student got placed percentage was 38%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 6/10 because first year subjects and all are mostly unnecessary i guess. Its not required that much. There should be more focus on coding and problem solving in college which is often neglected.frequency and timing are fine of exams.

Yes that is true there is placements happened but average and low placement ratio there is because of students skills but for employability you can placed out of campus that is good option . After getting degree did mtech was good or other government like exam there was option and also out of campus placement with enough skill demand is a better option more than college placements

Number of students for placements are more and companies visits are less that cause less placement ratio for on campus. the course cirruculum is not completely application based and job relavant its not updated still they follow the old teaching style and the examinations are student friendly . They will take us to industrial visit every month or 3 months based on attendence percentage .the relavance taken by few teachers are good but still some use chatgpt or old books

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Jee scores as rankers between 30 to 50k are wlecomed here with open arms. So, on that basis and even the state entrance both are fine. For CSE though, in the bracket that is decided, the top end is reserved for CSE students. Also, our college doesnt have that many branches alright.
