Likes

I liked that it have diverse cultures and it should be appreciated because of its infrastructure and building
The faculty are best and well educated campus is quite well
Variety of language you can learn food variety is best!

Dislikes

I dislikes that they don't understand problem of students quite well
If you have to done your work you have to roam from 1 block to another multiple time
One more thing can be like they charge only money no quite well educated

I chose CSE because it was my dream And I have opted computer in intermediate that's why All the subjects are related to practical based so connected on real world insights for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods are like teacher should provide notes not to teach with ppt

Internships are of both international and national Like student can get both the internship College also provides internships likensimmer camp and winter camp Certificate are also providee I have also done various internships

The placement record of cu are very best Like even I am in e year I have seated in various placement drive occurred in cu Student become eligible for campus placement by 3 year itself Companies like Amazon Flipkart delloite Infosys visited and made very big offers Highest package of on campus in 54 lpa And average is 6 lpa . Percentage of student place is 60%

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fees for be CSE is 212000 academic fee and 2500 exam fees Now it is increased to 220000 academic and 3000 exam fees I got the scholarship of 30% For scholarship you have to apply for a test called cucat It will be basically online test for physics chemistry math and aptitude If your 12 percentage is greater than 90% you will get extra scholarship You have to maintain that scholarship by getting greater than 7.5 cgpa

Admission

KoI chose Chandigarh University over other college because i it has good infrastructure It academic are best I personally know teacher of cu I have applied various college like dit upes niet No I didn't get rejection but Chandigarh University was on top priority for me

Faculty

The faculty members are of various place they are best but course structure of cu is like of three unit . It is of practical, theory based subject. Exam are of three kinds 1.mst1 2.mst2 3 final Mst 1 consists 20. Mst 2 consists 20 Final consists 60

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

From the second year itself students are eligible for campus placements and the companies right now visited are more than 80 + like Amazon Google Microsoft etc the highest package right now in our college 2.5 crore right now as a fresher more than 80% are getting placements which I can I can see and many used to start they own startups and get success in their field as help you teachers them and give them opportunity to learn and do startups and my plan after getting a degree is if you get a placement and huge packages and get a experience from them and to start my own business

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
