My 3 years in sharda university

The curriculum of the Sharda university is relevent and good. I choose btech cse because of coding and math and the syllabus of sharda includes both. They also have 2 hours labs for practicals and improoving coding skills . Also they introduce a special classes of compititive coding for better placements which i really like. But they need to improve at some points like faculty have to pay more attention in 2 hour lab. because in 2 hour lab faculty teach only 1 hour and rest of the time students sit idle. exams held two times in one semester one is mid term which is of 1.5 hour and 2nd is end term which is of 3 hour, They are not really tough. They are moderate and a student can easily pass the exam if he start study even a week before a exam.

I recently done my internship in generation entertainment which is a start up company. my job is of data analytics. This internship does not provide by my college, i search this off cmapus , but sharda also provide internshipn in Cloud rank, josh, flipkart etc.. my project was collected and integrated data of industry from various sources for analysis. In which i collect the data and visualise those data and make pridictions.

The placements in sharda university is getting tough because of the number of students. In one batch there are 1000+ students and there is tough compition between students. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. several companies come in sharda university some of are Tripjack, Maq, Cloud rank, josh . highest package in computer science department is of 18lpa and average package is 4-6lpa. almost 60% students get placed every year. my plans after getting degree is first i will do job for 4-5 years then i will start my own startup.

my course fees is approx 200000 (2 lakh) per year it will increase 5k-10k every year. you can also give semester wise fees it will cost you approx 95k-100k. There is 10k-15k difference between yearly fees and semester wise fees. exam fees is 10k yearly 5k per sem. 10k is your registration fees yearly and 5k per sem. You can also get upto 100% scholarship. If you get 10 cgpa then you will get 100% scholarship and if you get 9.5 or 9 cgpa you will get 90 and 80 percent scholarship respectively but the scholarship is given to only 30-40 students out of 1000 student.

campus life of sharda university is really reallu good in all aspects. There are many cultural fest and programs held every year in march called "chorus". And also technical fest are also done like hackathone and etc. There is a central library in sharda university where all courses books are available and also they have subscription of journals research paper and books. They also provide good facilities in every class room . every classroom have a projector and speaker and some classes have smartboard. Also they provide sports opportunity indoor and outdoor both. like basketball , cricket, football, badminton and indoor games like chess, carrom, fuseball, etc. There are several cluns in sharda university like pixelense (photography), drama club, dance club, music club, fashion club, coding clubs like GDSC, cyber pirates, gaming etc.. many students are involve in these clubs

i choose this college because my older brothers also pass from this college and get good placement and another reason is easy transport of the college . my parents allow this college because of the transport system of the college. I first choose UPES dheradun for my under graduate and also get selected but latter my parents dont allow me. They dont allow me to leave house . They said choose college which is near to our house. Admission process of sharda university is quit simple first you have to give a sharda university admission test (SUAT) ,the syllabus of this test is class 10-12 math and science and general aptitude and english, then if you clear this you have to go with a group discussion round or personal interview round. If you pass both then your admission get confirmed.

Faculties are experienced atleast of 6 years and more, Most of the faculties are IItians they done there under graduation and post graduations from iit. most of the faculties are very humble and cooperative. And some faculties are vey rude they even don't know how to teach they just read ppt in classroom and cover whole syllabus in just 3 months. Best faculty is dr. Bharat Bhushan , he is one of the best faculty, he is really really humble and cooperative. And perfectly know how to teach. The faculty which i dont like is Saurabh Kumar and Rajendar kumar they just read the ppt in class. In sharda 2 times exams are held in one semester one is mid term (1.5 hr) and 2nd is end term (3 hr). Exams are not really tough or difficult they are moderate, but still some students get failed in exam. Course curriculum is very relevant.

Admission process is simple in sharda university first you have to give an entrance exam called sharda university admission test (SUAT) after you pass this test then you have to appear for a group discussion or personal interview round. The syllabus of these test and interview is your class 10th , 11th and 12th science , math and some quant, genral aptitude and reasoning and english grammar. i prepare for these eam and interview by rivising the 10 11 and 12th basic concepts.
