Remarks
College is very good to pursue B.Tech among the college at Delhi NCR and Ghaziabad. College management is very good and supportive. They are offering good facilities for all the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
KEC is following the AKTU curriculum. Apart from the curriculum, they used to conduct an extra computer programming lab each semester. They used to teach Python, R programming language, etc. The college encourages the students to make their own projects in the project lab for minor and major project competitions.
Placement Experience
I am in the third year now. Most of the senior friends got placed in good companies like TCS, Wipro, Drishti-soft, etc, with a good package.
College Events
Fresher day, farewell day, AKTU zonal fest, Revamp ( technical and nontechnical events), Major and minor project competitions, Infinito, Regal society conducts Just for fun events on every Friday evening at basketball ground, Avishkar project competitions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In the first year, I have paid 120000 rupees, in the second year 170300, In the third year 105000. I am staying in Delhi. My monthly expense to reach college is less than 2000. I use private vehicles to reach college. The connectivity of the college is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not get any scholarship from any banks and AKTU. But, I used to receive a scholarship from the college during the felicitation program conducted by KEC.
Campus Life
The campus life of KEC is good. The gender ratio is 1:5 ( approximately). The diversity of KEC is good. students are from different states. The college supports and allows the students to participate in both inter and intra college technical and nontechnical program.
Alumni/Alumna
My college used to conduct Alumni to meet every year. Our seniors used to interact with all of the students to share their own industrial experience.
Admission
I gave the entrance exam conducted by KEC. I have scored good marks. They provided the CSE branch based on my score. The entrance test comprises of essay writing, basic physics, mathematics, and English. They conducted a test using the software application. I got admission in the year of 2016. The admission process is not very difficult. They are providing carrier guidance for the students also.
Faculty
The faculties of KEC is good. They always help students in need. Most of the faculties are holding a Ph.D. from III and NIT. The quality of teaching is good. The training and placement cell faculties are providing soft skills as well as the aptitude training program for the students from the first year onward.
