Infrastructure is good and you have opportunity to enroll in different clubs
Most important thing I like is they have their own hospital
It's exist in good place knowledge park 2

Dislikes

Overall curriculum is in english if you know little bit it's okay but if you don't know English you will suffer
Some teachers not giving efforts while teaching they just gave you ppt and say read it
Some books are also not available in library

Course Curriculum Overview

In my course there is 6 semester first semester, you will read antomy physiology and different subject, mine favorite subject is microbiology that's why I choose this because it's very helpful to find out different body diseases

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of my course during my studying fees is is around 4.5 lac but it increased right, but you got scholarship if you studying hard and maintain ur cgpa more than 8, and as well you apply for different govt scholarships schemes

Campus Life

This is the fav question, you will get different clubs if you get admission in this university, like music club drama club etc, and classroom is fully ac and fully ventilation, in each classroom they provided projector, it's overall like smart class

Admission

Basically I choose this course from this college is because they have their own hospital, it is the plus point while other colleges don't have, they timely posted you in their hospital, and admission is based on their suat test, it's their own test if qualify it you will get admission easily

Mine faculty is very good because they are very good in teaching, because they are experienced, if we talk about course structure it 3.5 years course 3 years is studying and 6months is internship, passing criteria is 5 cgpa

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

"An honest review of sgpgi college: What to expect"

Placement Experience:

The campus doesnt provide placements. Though sgpgi conducts its own test for vacancy of nursing. If you had studied from here chances are there youd get selected here inly and start doing job henceforth earning. I mean which institute doesn't prefer its own child. The students become illegible to give exam at the end of 4th year though there has been instances when people have cleared exam but couldnt join as degree process is late. Therefore its necessary to understand you can only join the job when you've the degree in hand. Mistly students who study here 5%-10% get job here itself. Rest of people get in other government hospitals. But its safe to say they all are earnibg good and are in government job. My plan after the degree is to possible join somewhee as tutor and side by side hustling for MSc for better pay scale and job perspectives. The bright side of this course is either you can go in clinical field or you can join as tutor. The sakary of nurse here in sgpgi is 1 lakh per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Job opportunities is so high after completion of the course. Curriculum strongly focuses on skill development of the students that will help them to achieve different milestones. There should be less no. of assignment in the curriculum and teaching method should be more interactive. There are 2 mid term exams and 1 semester exam in every 6 months. Exams are not that difficult.

Life of a AIIMS Student.

The course is a medical course so yaa i wanted to learn about human so opted for it .It's alike MBBS but a bit easy than that .we have subject specialities like Medical surgical ,Obs gynae,Pediatrics ,Community etc like mbbs only but we need to learn them in duration of 3.5 yrs then we have internship of 6 months. Curriculum is maintained but need to be more realistic as some things are outdated. The subjects we learn are patient centred only as we have to be there for them ,provide care to them and treat them .everthing we read in classes we apply and co relate in our clinical.postings for better learning and experience
