Likes
- The way the faculty teaches to the student and the knowledge they deliver to the students is very good. The teaching methods are very impressive
- The ambience at Woxsen is very good and refreshing with all trees sounding which gives us a pleasant like feeling so that we could concentrate more.
- The social interactions and engagement in the college is very good. We have a lot of clubs in which we can participate based on our interest.
Dislikes
- The food at Woxsen is not up to the mark. It doesn't tastes good
- The exam management need to be improved a little as the fees they collect for re-exam for each subject is around 5000 which is too high.
- The parking system as the college is located at the outskirts of the city and many students come by their own vehicles and the college doesn't allow the students to park their vehicles inside the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum helps us in a great way to get prepares for the real life applications. The examinations timings are 120 mins and the difficulty level varies from one exam to other exam. on average the difficulty level of exams would be hard or above moderate level
Placement Experience
students become eligible for placements from 5th semester. the companies which visited are collegedunia,ziwame, Byju's,TransGraph Consulting,Getepay and many more.The highest package for our batch is 5,00,000 and least package is 2,50,000. the percentage of students getting placed are 80-90%. my plans after getting a degree was to gain experience in entrepreneurship and know more about business analytics.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fee which i have paid is around 4,50,000 per year. This includes both course fee and also hostel fee. the total feel which i have paid for my 3 year bachelor's degree at Woxsen is 14,50,000.College offers an earlybird offer in which the first 30 students will be enrolled at a fee of 13,00,000 for 3 year BBA. The college doesnt provide any scholorships to the students.
Campus Life
The annual festivals which were celebrated at woxsen are Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Dussehra, and also dandiya nights, New year celebrations. etc. They provide world class facilities in the classrooms with good technology. While coming to the sports and extracurricular activities offered on the campus College conducts Cricket leagues and football leagues and many more.
Hostel Facilities
the facilities which were provided in the hostel room are a room is shared between 2 people with attached washroom. The food rating is like 6/10. the registration process and hostel affordability is well and good.
Admission
I have applied for St.Mary's college, Badruka college of management, Loyola Academy and Woxsen. even though i god confirmed admission from st.Mary's and Loyola I have choosen Woxsen because is one of the top business school in hyderabad. And the quality of education is very great here. the admission process here at woxsen is we have an extrance exam and a personal interview round. We need to clear both of them in order to get admitted into the college.
Faculty
The faculties at woxsen are veery good and very approaching. They clear the doubts of the students in a very understanding way. They assign individual tasks as well as group projects inroder to make the student more engaging in the topic and make them learn with the projects. Faculty also takes students on industrial visits and explain the topic there so thet we students could have a better undertanding about the topic.
Interview Experience
yes i did faced a personal interview and also the written test exam for the entrance. the question which they had asked me were more of intermediate topics and basic general knowledge topics. The process and criteria for admission are first we have a written test and next followeed by a personal interview round.
