Likes

We have so many centres and committees for the growth on ones
We can participate in many competition and sometimes we get refund from the university
Seniors are very approachable and helps to get you internships

Dislikes

Management is not good you will get the timetable day before the exam
Faculty members are not so approachable.
Not provides internship through the college neither placements

Course Curriculum Overview

It's not fully relevant i mean the subject which we are studying in the fifth year should be taught in the first year itself. Teaching method is also boring so it makes the subject boring. Exams sometimes comes in between the extra curricular

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 87500 per semester and 175000 per year. If you have any makeup examination than you have to pay 2000 for that. If anyone has percentage over 75% in 10+2 than they'll get the scholarship in the first year and have to maintain 90% attendance + 9.0 CGPA for reapplying for the scholarship.

Campus Life

There are so many clubs in the university like dance club, music club, literature club, drama club, photography club, and so on for all the departments but we have different committees and centres in our law department that is legal aur, moot court committee, pro bono club, litigium, lex cultura, centre for constitutional law and human rights centre for tax and economic law centre for criminal and forensic law centre for alternative disputes centre for sustainable development and environmental law etc we also have sports committee that conduct intra sports competition like infinto from 1st to 5th year student as well as faculty members everything is run by students only but have a faculty in charge for every single things

Admission

I applied to different colleges like Christ University, Llyod Law college but as I didn't got selected in Christ main campus and Llyod was in Delhi so as a girl it is not safe to stay there so i choose this college as it is close to my hometown also and has the same environment. Our college has easy admission process you just have to give the exam that is based on very easy questions and also personal interview and there's no cutoff as of now and not the competition so it is easy to get in

Faculty

We have 1 faculty over 40 students, and relation between students and faculty is strictly professional you can not approach the faculties after college working hours. There are two exams one is mid semester and another one is end semester they are pretty easy and it is based on what is being taught in the class.

Placement Experience:

Student becomes eligible for Campus placement are from 5th year the companies that visited are like Mahindra etc and student who applied for placement most of them got placed the average package is 2 lakhs and highest is 10lakhs

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is curriculum for the law students like they call advocates and judges for the seminar so that students can gain practical knowledge about the law fields.there is also moot court competition by which student can develop their advocacy skills .in area like proper topic for the curriculum they need to improve and overall is very good. The exam were not on time either before or late never happened on time.

Yes there is a placement cell designed which gives placement to students for internships as well as job.Companies like Tech Mahindra,Singhania LLP has offered job for student but one should not depend

NMIMS SOL is heart and soul!

Placement Experience:

Last year over 50% students were placed and also in 2027, we will have direct placements to MP High court as deals have been inked. So by the time our turn comes in 2028, our placements will be more handy and hopefully better firms too start coming.

Placement Experience:

Placements luckily during our batch were quite good as our of 200-220, more than half were placed. Our batch infact was the game changer for our university as looking at our placements record a lot of students started applying for law in Amity Gwalior.

Placement Experience:

From last year the students are eligible for the campus placements . Most famous named companies are there Accenture, Axis Bank , Infosys, HCL technologies, wipro etc. Highest salary package is 72 LPA this top package has been secured by high performing student Average package is 5.30 LPA. 70 to 77 % of students placement My plans are that I will work under some senior advocates initially and prepare for PCSJ exam.

NMIMS - An incredible place for your legal journey.

Placement Experience:

NMIMS Indore has a good record of placements with an annual package for a fresher being 6-8 Lacs and highest package being offered is 16 lac per annum. Also, reputed law firms i.e., Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms visits our campus for placements.

NMIMS SOL is a solid law college!

Placement Experience:

NMIMS SOL don't have a central placements system as here it's more like the firm's operating in MP or the top highcourt law firms of Bhopal High Court are the ones who come for recruitment. Due to NMIMS tag we get placements not many but yes still enough to ensure that majority of students are placed from here.

The syllabus is not updated often. We are only taught theories and not give the opportunity to have a practical experience. It is only in 5th year that we get skme excursions and moot courts. Other than that only subjects are taught for the sake of completing syllabus. Co-curricular activities are very rare

i appeared for the CLAT examination to get into the top tier national law universities as it is the dream of every law student. however, I got a decent rank in clat but not enough to secure admission into the top 10 nlus, so my next preference was private colleges. i got admission into various private universities like nirma, upes dehradun, IIL Indore etc, however I chose this college as it is in my hometown. JLU is probably the best university in central India and good for someone who wants to stay in Bhopal. I got admission into JLU on the basis of my CLAT score and even got a scholarship as I secured a rank of 2400. in addition to that, I had to appear for a personal interview and submit the necessary documents to secure admission. for those who haven't appeared for CLAT, they can give the university's own exam called JLUSAT....Read More
