Biomedical Engineering (Hindustan college)

The course is included in medical field which a safe aspect for future. The curriculum will only help a 50% fir the outer world balance we will be studying from internships and in working times.athe difficulty level is only average.if the daily portions are covered we can easily score very high marks.

Internship we itself have to find, but it is without stipend, facilities will be providing permission for attending the internship programmes. We can get internship opportunities from any hospitals and biomedical companies. Some of them will be chargeable around 1500-5000 per month.

Placement opportunity from campus is good although core company doesn't come,IT related placements are very high with good packages, for our core field placement we got support from our facilities and HOD. For our field we have plenty of opportunities outside even though the package is less in India. From 7th sem students starts to get placed.

First year i paid 2 Laksh which includes admission fee, registration fee and tution fee and for the next 3years i paid 1lakh per year as tution fees. Exam fees was around 3,000 per sem.some of my batchmates fees was 1.5 lakhs for first year and 1lack for next 3 years.I was eligible NSP scholarship which was worth of 25,000.

Technical festivals and programs are well conducted here such as every department programmes, onam program etc., or college have the largest library and large collection of books. Facilities in the class room is only below average.

One hostel room is occupied by four members, daily cleaning is provided, common bathroom is only available, first years have separate hostel to avoid ragging. Meal quality is average, sunday will be non veg. Hostel admission can be taken with college admission and the fees for one year is seventy thousand. For rent house Karpagam and Malumichampatti is good option.

This college was affordable with better university.This was also near to my native and in town which easy accessible from different places. I took admission throug an agency the cutoff mark is aroung 50% in maths ,physics ,chemistry .

For me only one or two faculties is not upto the mark, considering their dedication,others are well dedicated and available to us. Our Hod sor is very helpfull for placing students with his contacts in different companys and hospitals. Internship opportunities are also given.we have two internals and one semsester exam in one semester. Internals are easy to score because of less portion.
