Vishavjeet review on GNDU

I think its my best opted advise to take admission in this university, in case of studies my basic concepts about my subjects is very clear even after 2-3 years, it is possible because of teachers hard work. If i had any doubt about any topic teachers personally consult us and clear the doubts which is very appreciateable. Practical subjects are very taught us very well same same as technical languages such as R language and technical subjects such as tally erp9. Exam consists 8 questions and 4 sections and from which 5 have to be performed each question consits 16 marks and 1 question can be attempted from any section sallybus sometimes is very vast and very difficult to cover and that makes exams difficult.

I am paying 45000 rs approximately for this course (31500 in even semester and 13500 rs in odd semester) in whole degree i have to pay 225000 rs. I paid 1000 rs for registration fees and enterence test. Some schedule cast student are paying very less comparable to me as they are paying only examinations fees which is only 5000-7000 rs and tuition fees is exempted in their case. Moreover, some students who belongs from economically weaker sections are able to apply scholarships from university and get benefits about 13500 rs or in odd semesters fees.

Campus life is amazing for me i have taken part in many social events and extra curriculum activities in the campus. Our department host many events on different occasions such as Diwali, holi and on lohri festival. The campus is very religious all temple are available in campus such as sikh and hindu temple where different festivals are celebrated on different events Classrooms are occupied with projectors and computers. Evening time is very precious for me in campus that i do spend with my friends while playing volleyball in campus. There are many social clubs in campus such art and theatre, sports, painting and many more i am personally joined thetre group and get notified in whatsapp group about any activity and auditions in campus.

I got hostel shared room that is available for 4 people in first year which is very spacious and 2 sitting rooms in other semesters. I paid 21000 annualy for hostel rooms and paid mess bill as per ussage of mess which is around 2500-3000 rs for me. Hostel rooms are not so comfortable and also shared bathrooms But facilities inside the hostel are very good such as common room, reading hall and grounds for playing. I prefer hostel rather than paying guests becouse they are not suitable for all but they costs around 7000-10000 rs near to the campus including food.

I applied for several collages even applied for two state universities in punjab. But i chose GNDU Over above all collages because i think it is viable option for me and another reason is unversity infrastructure and facilities availble in campus even i got many advices from my reletives and friends and they give positive remarks about the campus. One of my cousins also got his bachelors degree from this university and he tell me about every thing about exams and all and i also reserch alot before taking admission in guru nanak dev university.

The campus is very huge and it is under punjab state faculty numbers are very high in every department and if i talk about satff every teacher has its own professional degree even staff member they do lot of hard work so that thing go somoothly. I think in my department approximately 30-40 faculty members are available. Administration block faculty is very slow they late our semester dmc for 1.5 year to print and deliver to us i think this is the thing that I don't like about faculties. The ratio of studen is my class is 120 students In first 2 semesters there are 7 subjects with to language subjects english and punjabi. And in 3-6 semester there is 5-6 subjects with seminar and additional subjects. In my opinion exams are very toughly checked many students(40-50 students out of 120)have to reappear in exams as they failed in exams even if they write 6 pages for one answer.

I did not performed in any group discussion inside the the campus. To get the admission first you have to register yourself for campus admissions then get registration number and enterence exam roll number after getting that on a specific date you are called for enterence exam then if you are good scorer then you are able to fill course preferences as per your rank admission is given to candidate after counselling. I do prepare by my own by practicing reasoning and apptitude questions.
