Likes

Infrastructure along with laboratories are nice
The campus was ragging free and anti ragging Scott is always at work
Some Faculties are really nice in nature

Sometimes there was a issue in projector in our classes

Course Curriculum Overview

Agricultural is a practical based course mainly. Apart from being the interesting subject agriculture is ever green subject. It provides you knowledge of almost every field, let it be about insects, plants, farm machinery or anything

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 365000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placement during last year of their courses. Companies like Shailin, accenture etc come fir placement drives. Around 50 to 60% of students get placement. I am plannning to get into government jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees per semester was 35000 however it varies per semester according to your cgpa scored in previous semester. Girl child concession, army concession and uttarakhand domicile concession are given in fees. Apart from this academic scholarship is also given

Campus Life

Overall I enjoyed my college life. It was full of new experiences that really helped me to grow. Sports and extra curricular activities are offered in campus and many students actively participate in those also. Many clubs are also there in college

Admission

Graphic era hill university is a very big banner among private universities. I have heard that its a great university thatwhy I opted for this university. Rest colleges I never tried to get addmision

Faculty

Some of the facilities are really nice and they are very affectionate towards students. I really like some of mt teachers like Supriya mam neelam mam. Mainly there are two theory exams, mid terms and end terms. Practical are conducted in end term only. Mist of the students pass exams with good grades

Agriculture in Uttarakhand's Top Private College

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester ( 4year program), 5th semester ( 3 year program) 3rd semester ( diploma) students are eligible for campus placement. There are several companies visited like Patanjali, Syngenta, Iffco, Dabur, Baer, etc. You can easily get 2.7 L.PA to 12.8 L.PA. Around 80% of students get placed. After completing the degree I will go for agriculture food officer.

In the final year or last semester, the student is eligible for campus placement, not at all courses placement is available, professional courses the eligible, but all the degree is valuable because it is gov. College. You have to maintain a percentage in every semester for getting a placement minimum of 65%. My plans after my degree are to do MSC.agriculture.

Basically, the course in which I have enrolled has started recently so there is no information of placements about our course but hoping for good placements So many companies like amazon Wipro nestle visited our college in last few years 40-50 percent of student get placements in every batch I have to seat for a competitive examination after my degree

Yes good college for knowledge but have to improve the lectures and mainly improve practical land as the more knowledge will be gained during practical rather than listening classes or reading books and hostels are maintained with quality food and proper facilities

After 12 I applied for UIT college but that was not as good as Graphic Era Hill University,as the number of placement are high in Graphic Era and the fees is also affordable comparing with UIT bad the infrastructure is also better then that of UIT's.I cleared the percentage criteria of UIT also but by comparing both the colleges in these parameters I choose Graphic Era Hill University The admission procedure in graphic Era is by filling and getting qualified in CUET exam,only the selected students get the seat and also students can take admission on the basis of their class 12 percentage.The cutoff percentage to get admission in B.Tech computer science in Graphic Era Hill University is 80 percent below that the seat for B.Tech in computer science is not allowed....Read More

I didn't apply for any other college. I chose this one because it was close to my house and is a really good college. It accepts many exams for admission.
