Likes

The staff here is very experienced. The amenities are excellent. Also the environment is friendly. The amount of attention given to each student is the same without any partiality.
The campus is big and the decorum is great
We are also given camp site visits and tours.

Dislikes

Certain times the staff isn't cooperative
The organization needs to be better. Yes
Lecture hall needs to be better than before.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course of bachelor of dental surgery is very comprised and knowledgeable to what is applicable in reality. The course is well design without any useless stuff included it helps students to understand every aspect of the dental anatomy histology physiology and the treatment related to it

Class Size: 125Course Fees: INR 500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically the total course is of 5 years which includes 1 year of internship. Annual fees structure is of 20,000/- INR. Scholarships available only for SC/ST and OBC caste. Apart from fee structure, we are asked to buy instruments which again costs around 10,000/-

Campus Life

The campus is big here. The infrastructure is great, the club environment is awesome and the overall experience on social aspects here is enthusiastic I would recommend each and everyone to at least take a look at its infrastructure

Admission

Basically this colleges is the best in Gujarat state, if you are pursuing for dental surgeon. The college has the best amenities ,the best decorum and the best campus around. It is the best possible shelter for each BDS student to pursue BDS

Faculty

The faculties are highly experienced and they focus on every student without any partiality. The course is of 4 years studying and one year internship the exams are taken as follows first internal second internal prelims and then University exams

A dream of a local girl.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college is giving 2 hours per day in posting for 3rd year students which is the best for us to learn this early how to do pateint. They held free check up sessions for poor people who are able to afford fees of treatment nd for school students also. Exams timings is of 3 hours and we have long ans.questions which is very difficult to finish them up.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So curriculum I think is okay actually. Subjects that are actually related to dentistry have been focused more. Exam frequency is perfect according to my college we have enough break time and study time both. Teaching method should slightly changed as in more advancements are definately needed. For example nowadays for normal restoration people use composite in private clinics but composites practically are taught in internship in colleges. Actually it should be taught in final year itself. However in exams we have amalgam only so it's not college's fault

My dental college experience

The faculty over here is at par excellence though bds is the toughest course out faculty makes it easy for us here 3:1 girls boys ratio is seen usually in the dental colleges all the faculty members are doctors either MBBS or bds/MDS. Every 2 months there are internal exams and before the university exams, there are prelims taken for us.

Placement Experience:

Final year student after completing the internship you are eligible. You clear the GPSC exam and are admitted for any post. It's a minimum of 35000 per month. My plan is to complete the degree to open the clinic. It 50% to up to are necessary to eligible.
