Remarks

No I didn't applied in any other colleges except graphic era hill University Dehradun as I thought it was the best college for the agriculture. Admission process is quite simple you have to register yourself first in the university portal and then pay the requested amount to the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum prepared ourselves for real world application for the academic perspective. The course was good that's why I choose this. The areas of improvement must be the practical exposure and the Teachers that were less cooperative needs to be more cooperative.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise payment can be made which has a 5% scholarship. The total tuition fees is a round 3 lakh for all the semesters. If you talk about the scholarship 25% scholarship for all the hill candidates 5% scholarship for the defence personnel candidate 5% scholarship for girl candidates and the academic scholarship based on the merit of the 12th if you are taking admission in the UG program and if you are taking admission in the PG program then the percentage of UG will be considered.

Campus Life

Many annual meetings are held such as Dandiya dance, grafest ,Diwali fest within the campus. The college also offers extra curricular activities such as cricket badminton tennis etc.Social run groups are also there such as literally club, robotics club, natak club etc.

Faculty

The facilities were good but some of them were not cooperative. The exams were held in two forms such as mid term and an end term which was followed by a practical exam.All three of them were included in the final merit list.The exams were pretty easy and it is relevant to the course curriculum.

From the 7th sem or the final year students are eligible for campus placements . Reputed Companies from all over the globe visits for placements like jio ,google , amazon , basmati rice etc. Highest package offered is around 25 lakh , ratio of the students placed is also decent.

The placement is average. Google, Intellipath, and Hiked are the companies that provide placements. This year the maximum package is 6.5LPA. About 60% of students got placed in the Agriculture department.

From 7th semester ( 4year program), 5th semester ( 3 year program) 3rd semester ( diploma) students are eligible for campus placement. There are several companies visited like Patanjali, Syngenta, Iffco, Dabur, Baer, etc. You can easily get 2.7 L.PA to 12.8 L.PA. Around 80% of students get placed. After completing the degree I will go for agriculture food officer.

College. You have to maintain a percentage in every semester for getting a placement minimum of 65%. My plans after my degree are to do MSC.agriculture.

After 12 I applied for UIT college but that was not as good as Graphic Era Hill University,as the number of placement are high in Graphic Era and the fees is also affordable comparing with UIT bad the infrastructure is also better then that of UIT's.I cleared the percentage criteria of UIT also but by comparing both the colleges in these parameters I choose Graphic Era Hill University The admission procedure in graphic Era is by filling and getting qualified in CUET exam,only the selected students get the seat and also students can take admission on the basis of their class 12 percentage.The cutoff percentage to get admission in B.Tech computer science in Graphic Era Hill University is 80 percent below that the seat for B.Tech in computer science is not allowed....Read More
