Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is good. College follows AKTU curriculum. Recently, AKTU revised the syllabus also. The curriculum covers all the basic subjects of CSE and Give a strong foundation. The choice of Elective subjects is based on recent technologies.
Placement Experience
KEC's placement records stand out number one among other similar colleges across the city. Every year new set of companies visit for campus placements in addition to off-campus and pooled campus drives that happen on a regular basis. The college doesn't stop you from attending any internships at any means. If you feel like making your way through a company for an internship program, just go ahead and inform your department placement coordinator for a no-objection certificate (NOC).
College Events
Revamp technical and non-technical event, Code crunch, code chef, Robotics Workshops seminar, conference, Auto CAD, Rags and riches, AKTU fest, sports fest, minor and major competition. The college always conducts technical and non-technical events for the students. For passed out, they always used to conduct Alumni meet.
Fee Structure And Facilities
102000. I am diploma students. So, I am not having knowledge about first-year fees. In the second year, I have paid 103000. There is an option for fees payment. No need to pay whole fees at a time. There is an option to pay fees in installment. The college arranges an educational loan for the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, I got a scholarship from the college. The college also arranges a loan for students if they need. College provides scholarship for the students those who secured good marks in the university exam.
Campus Life
The college canteen is very good and you can get almost everything what you desire to eat. Sports facilities are too good. We have basketball courts, a football ground, cricket ground, volleyball court, and tennis court. Gyms are there in a hostel, one of college and other is fitness edge. Transportation is very good. The shopping mall is very nearer to the college. In short, everything is available at the doorstep. So campus life is very good
Alumni/Alumna
Every year college organizes the Alumni meet. I have more senior friends. In alumni meet, we will get a chance to meet our passed out students. they will share their experience as well as about their workplace.
Admission
I am a diploma candidate. I gave an entrance exam and got admission. 100% merit admission process. KEC conducts entrance test for admission. They would allocate the department based on the marks scored in the entrance. Hopefully, I got admission in CSE Dept.
Faculty
Faculties of KEC is good and helping. They always encourage the students to do a real-time project. Most of them passed out from IIT, NITs. They have strong subject knowledge. The placement training is provided by separate faculty. Training and placement dept facilities conduct a mock interview and give guidelines about how to face an interview.
