My beautiful college

Not being so overconfident but It's my favourite subject and quite easy to understand and accept the theory and process of computers. I was confident that I could do better in computer science rather than in any other subjects. The faculty as our teachers,lab members and others are understanding and helping for us to solve our problems and anything related to our courses and others. The most important student ratio is greater here as 1 teacher for every 8 students. The faculties are highly educated with PhD and MSCs, who secured gold medals in several universities. The exams are mid-sem and end-sem but the teachers test the students and make sure that they are ready for these exams. it's tough to pass those class exams and it makes it easier to pass and secure a good cgpa in the mid sem and end sem. The exams are tough but it's impressive to attend the exam.

After 5th and 6th semester the Students get placements and campus from Vedantu. Vedantu made offers for the students for placements and intership. The maximum package offered is 8 lpa for the Electronic and telecommunications branch. 3% of students get campus placements, but the companies approve this college certificate highly and there is no trouble getting job if properly studied. I will be appearing in competitive exams and getting admitted in MCA as it's a most loved course of me and provides good package

As computer science is a self-finance course its course fee is 14433. The tuition fee is 132, the admission fee is 11, the annual charges is 2290, self finance fee is 12000.we give the additional for the seminars like 500, the examination fees are others to be added as 1550. so the final fee is 16483 .But it's beneficial more than other courses as we are getting labs, webinars, and other scholarships and campuses. We are getting many state scholarships like Gopabandhu scholarships and others. Vedantu provides placement with good packages around 6lpa. The sc/st category students get many other scholarships and the fee for girl students is 14403 which is less than for boys.

There are a number of cultural and technical festivals celebrated and observed in college. the sports events in December, the foundation day, the annual function in February, and other national observation days like independence day and Republic Day. There are other events like food fest, handicrafts are organised. many seminars and exhibitions are organised by the college. College library provides a massive option in each and every subject and topic. Large numbers of books are there in the library. Lab Providence is easy and large number of computers and equipment for the students. sports and other cultural events are organised in the college to show the talent of students.

I applied in gangadhar meher college sambalpur, in laxminarayan college jharsuguda and in government autonomous college Rourkela,and this was my 1st choice and I got my seat here so I didn't try for other colleges and I was not rejected from any other colleges. The admission processin government autonomous college Rourkela is quite simple and helpful from the professors, to get admission in BSc in computer science course I secured 86% in my 12th and got the selected in the first round.I filled my form for the course online for 500 to apply. As I'm a genral student so I didn't get any reservations. As a Student my opinion for the admission process for the Students who are coming from far, the college should use online admission process for them.

The faculty-to-student ratio is massive ie in csc department for 100 students there are 12 teachers. The teachers are free and friendly to students and supports students emotionally and academically in studies. Helpful to the students as Students can ask any doubts any time to the teachers. The computer science faculties are the best in the college. Astwik sir and Antima ma'am are the best faculty of them.they are helpful and it's easy to understand their notes and classes. There are a number of teachers who are rude and unusual behaviour towards the students. There are 2 exams like the final exam and an internal exam.The exams are tough and marking is tough too. But a maximum number of students was used to qualify the exams. For percentage out of 100%, 70% used to pass.
