Course Curriculum Overview

From starting I was interested in computer science or the IT sector I wanted to join. It prepared us quite well for our future. They used to give us 3hours for 80 marks and that was quite enough for everyone.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't get any scholarship at my college while doing my diploma in computer science. I had completed my diploma. But my classmates who are ST or obc, sc they had git scholarship from the college of around 20 thousand.

Campus Life

The availability of books was good at the library of our campus. We had smart classes also. I had good equipment for study materials. In 3 years I had only experienced 25 silver jubilee programs which happened in 2023 in our college premises only.

Admission

I was admitted admission in Nilachal Polytechnic in Patia. I got confirmed immediately there and took Addmission. I chose this college because it was nearer. No, I didn't get any rejection. You should score above 60 percent.

Faculty

Some faculties are very sweet. Faculties are like 40 percent and students are like 60. I like one of my faculties Currently he is not working there anymore. He was talking classes of java and python. We had 6 semester and aslo class monthly tests. They were mix of difficulties and easy both Yes there were some students who couldn't secure good marks.

The view about the college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester and 6th semester students became eligible for campus placement. The name of company are JSW , IMFA , ADITYA BIRLA , JSL etc company are visited. The highest package is 25,000 thousand and avarage package is 12,000 thousand per company. My plans after getting the degree is preparing the junior mining inspector.

I love my college

Placement Experience:

does not have proper playground for outdoor games ,except this it has all the necessary facilities. Classrooms, laboratories, libraries ans sports arena are all air conditioned and well maintained. The quality of placements at our college is not so good. The percentage of students placed every year is quite less. The salary package offered to bcom graduates were not so good. In recent time due covid 19 we were unable to attend the placement cell.
