- There is a shortage of useful study materials .It would really help if the provided with more study materials.
- Limited options for financial aid and scholarships.
- Them asking to pay the fees altogether. It would really help us if they had an option it pay the fees in installments.
Placement Experience
I am not much aware about the placements but from what i heard from the seniors that there is a cut throat competition out there and getting placements are becoming difficult..And the students are not satisfied with the Placements from the college. From 4th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. The packages provided can vary a lot and can vary from 1lpa-10lpa. i dont know the exact percentage but there are a good amout of students getting placements . My plans after getting degree is do intership for a year or two and ten pursue my masters degree either in MCA or MBA.

Admission
I wanted to opt for the bca degree but had trouble finding colleges in mumbai and navi mumbai. So then i applied to colleges in pune such as Symbiosis, D.Y.Patil international, MIT-WPU and MIT-ADT. And recived acceptence letter for all the colleges but due to some personal reason i declined all the offeres and got to know about the bca course in PCACS . And since it was close to my house i applied in this college. I did not get rejected from any other college i applied. The admission process at my college involved filling out the Mumbai University form first and then the college form their website and submitting it to the college admission office. The eligibility for the course was above 60% scored in 12th with maths as one of the subjects. Exams accepted for BCA is CUET. We didnt have to give one because it was not mandatary back then. The overall admission experience was okay .
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 16:1. The faculty to student relationship is pretty good and most of the teacher are apporachable. The teachers try there best mantain a good relationship with the students and always help us when we they can. Faculty staffs like Priya maam , Alma maam, Smita maam,Mausmi Maam, Srividya Maam and Alisha maam are very supportive and the most approchable. They also have a very good understanding on how to teach us so that we understand concepts properly. While the other teacher are also good but they sometimes are not able to connect with us that can lead to us not understanding the concept properply even after being explained multiple times. There are multiple assessments conducted through out the semester. The Continuous Assessments I and II are conducted for 20 marks each respectively and the semester end exam is conducted for 60 marks.Out of 64 students in class only around 10-12 students fail. The course curriculum is very industry related.
