I chose this college because it is one ofthe top 10 colleges in pune. And year on year demand for this college is increasing. # years back there was only 1 batch for Computer engineering. Last year there were 2 batches and currently this year a total of 3 batches are there for Computer engineering. And similar for other branches also. Admission Process: 1. Visit college for document verification. 2. A link will be provided to enter details regarding admission (Educations details, Communicational Details, Gaurdian Details etc........). Its a very long form which can be filled at home also before document verification or else after document verification it can be filled in college. I applied to PCCOE, PCCOER, DY Patil, Bharati Vidhyapeeth, Modern College but based on my CET score I got admission here. I chose This college due to placement support is nice(Expect current market situation), affordable fees for non autonomous batch and decent academic envirorment. I chose AISSMS IOIT Pune over other colleges because of its strong placement record, modern infrastructure and well structured computer engineering programme. I applied to VIT Pune, MIT Pune and COEP but secured admission only in AISSMS IOIT. My rejection from COEP was due to a lower score in entrance exam. The admission process involves eligibility based on 12th board marks and JEE mains score. But cut off rankings for JEE varying annually. I had also applied for top colleges of Pune with tech related branches but the main reason I can't get their is due to high cutoff of colleges I had applied for top colleges like VIT Pune,PCCOE Pune ,PICT Pune ,D.Y.Patil Pune etc and through cap process depending on my percentile I get my current college AISSMS IOIT Pune and I confirmed for these I sorted the colleges depending on some parameter like last year cutoff, placement percentage, autonomous or not etc My college is in Maharashtra so around 80% of seats given to the students who are admitted through Maharashtra state entrance exam for engineering that is MHTCET and remaining 20% are seat are for candidates who admitted through JEE MAIN score so most students peffered MHTCET Exam for admission in our college The overall addmission process is like after declaration of result student make list of colleges and branches those he want to take that list is in a sequential manner then student had to upload that list on portal of MHTCET after 2-3 day result of that list comes and the college which is allocated seen to us then it depend on us that we want to confirm that college and branch or go for next round total 3 rounds are take place in that process and after confirmation of college reporting has been done offline to the college for final addmission process...Read More
