Class starts from 8 or 9 and will be till 2:15 in the afternoon with a 15 min or half an hour break depending on the day.Theory and practicals will be taken by the respective staffs.75% attendance is minimum requirement for being eligible for the university exam.Extra classes for covering attendance are given rarely and depends on the staff and the department.Mentor mentee meeting will be conducted once a month.It is very helpful as we can discuss any of our issues with the mentor and they will be there as a very big supporter.1 mentor is allotted to 10-12 students.After each internal results will be given within a week or 2.Then a mentor mentee meeting will be conducted with the parents to discuss the marks and attendance.The question papers are mostly on intermediate level but can range from easy to difficult too

Yenepoya provides a compulsory internship for one year.There will be postings on every department and camp will also be conducted throughout internship.A stipend of around 5000 will be provided per month.Internship is done in yenepoya dental college.

Normal fee structure for bds is 20 lacks(only tuition fee). NRI seat = 20 lacks Till 2022 batch two scholarships were available 12 lack package for students with neet all India rank within 2 lack 15 lack package for students with more than 80% in PUC From this year onwards scholarship scheme changed Last semester fees will be deduced which is around 2,40,000 for students with more than 80% Registration fees is 26000 and if the seat is not allotted then amount will be refunded Hostel charge is same for every category that is around 75 thousand per semester Books and instrument fees are seperate. Fees can be paid semester wise or yearly This year a new scholarship for 100 students who have been affected by wayanad landslide tragedy will get full scholarship (including all the professional courses).Both tuition fee and hostel fee will be free.

Yenepoya conducts many programmes.We have cultural fest every year (3-4 days).Last day will be ended with a DJ night. Xtract is a competition held between different dental colleges of mangalore and yenepoya mostly organizes it.It is a 2 day program. Football competitions are held almost every 3-4 months.Sports coach is provided by the university.Many outdoor and indoor sports competition is held throughout the year in Yendurance. Many other programmes are also conducted by NSS team and public health of dentistry Family adoption programme is done with the collaboration of yenepoya medical college where a group of three will be allotted different families from a village. A BDS student will be allotted 2 families and we have to help and guide them for any dental and medical related issues to hospital. An yearly visit will be there for 4 years.This programme is only enacted by yenepoya university

I got admission through an agency.I had to pay around 26000 for booking the seat.Then give yenepoya as first priority in Mcc allotment . If it's a muslim, Muslim minority quota should be taken because yenepoya is a Muslim minority deemed university and admission priority is given to Muslim minority quota.After the publishing of result , in a week , we should go take admission in the college with all the required documents and remaining fees. After the admission when the college reopens , an orientation program will be conducted . College tour will be conducted and visit to every department is done during that time.

Faculty to student relationship is very good.They are very helpful for any study related queries. I like almost all the faculties who have taught me till now.My favorite will be meera ma'am of Anatomy department. Her teaching style was very good . She explained all the difficult topics very wall and ended the class with asking questions. There is no faculty I didn't like Exam consists of three internals and one university exam per year Three internals are there with both practical and theory examinations Eligibility for university exam is related to the internals ie 3.5 out of 10 should be the minimum marks for eligibility 95% of students pass the examination, it depends on the difficulty of the subject
