Course Curriculum Overview
I chose your course according to your willingness because some of the students studied other courses but they chose high paying jobs course because of other manipulation and they got bad curriculam percentages in their course. Most exams are Easy or medium level if you are really studying about the course.
Internships Opportunities
Dow, Volvo, catpillar are provided intership offered for selected students with stipends upto 25k to 30k and also they provide free cab or bus. There are more project opportunities for students Like Design & Fabrication, final year projects, and Internal Funding projects is college provide funds for the projects which are selected.
Placement Experience
In the sixth semester itself the placement will come for campus and most of the students have selected in high-paying companies. There are many companies like Caterpillar, wood, BYN, TCS, HCL, Fresherswork, Mckinsey, Hyndai, value ingredient, Dow and more. The high package is 12 LPA and Average package is 4-6 LPA. The students who have applied for placements is 60% others are Higher studies & startups. Of the placement students almost 90% got palcements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The First year is high compared to other years because of Hostel admission fee, caution & deposit fee for both hostel and college. The follwing are the fees of above mentioned Development & placement training fee- 20000/yr, other fees like Record book, lab coat,ID card, WIFI, Digital library- 54000/yr, Hostel Fee- 68500/yr. The scholarship for Reservation students like SC, and ST is 55,000/yr. Non-Reservation students don't have any scholarship but college provide merit cum scholarship for students who have high CGPA. The students who come from poor families this institution gives certain financial aid.
Campus Life
The annual Festival is INSTICTS is held on Feb or March of the year and the technical festival is INVENTE is held on Oct or November of the year. The range of books can avail in library is 5. You can return and issue the book. There are Projecter & screen in each and every classrooms. There are many students acheive in the sports national and state level. The students can join any clubs to reveal thier talent in Instinct.
Hostel Facilities
The maximum no of students to share a room is three. The students can also be accommodated in single room hostel with or without AC. weekly thrice Non veg will provided and twice the egg will provided. Every morning Bread & jam will be there. Registration of the hostel to is pay the hostel and mess caution & deposit fee. Free WIFI will be provided entire campus and hostel.
Admission
I didn't choose the other colleges in TNLEA because the first applied college was SSNCE only and I got this college in merit. if, I apply other college is Anna university Chennai but lateral entry students have no seats at Anna university. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges because my first preference in SSN and i got it. I applied TNLEA website for lateral entry and studied diploma and Choice filling then allotment order. If you are trying for management quota you have have clear the exams and face to face interview. There is no Recommendation in this college. mostly cut-off for admission is 190-199 according to courses.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1 faculty for every 15 students. The relationship between faculty to students is very kind & approachable not like strictly one. You can fail but you never copy someone's paper thats their policy. They will never create Favoritism among students even topper students done a mistake is a punishable one. There are 3 exams before the Semester exam are Cat 1,Cat 2 & Cat 3 for absentees for acceptable reason. Most of them are cleared the exam to get good internal marks. The failures are less than 10% according to the subjects.
