Course Curriculum Overview

4

Being a doctor, I can help people a lot. There is a lot to study and knowing the human body, to cure disease, and much more is a great experience. The curriculum prepares me to do great in my future endeavors. The thing I think they lack is a bit more clinical exposure for all students separately. Teaching methods are all good. They conduct exams after each important section, they teach. Around 6-7, internal exams are kept.

Internships Opportunities

4

Stipend -26500. All postings are attended from general medicine to community medicine. I utilize every opportunity to excel. There are seminars every week, review meetings, presentations, and many more. We can also research.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 3 types of seats and the fee structure is as follows. All India quota - 5600. ESI quota -24000. State quota - 5600. And for SC and ST, there is a reduction in the fee. We should pay a caution deposit in the college and hostel which will be refunded. Admission fee, registration fee are all required during admission. There are no management seats. There are scholarships available for backward class as well as general category (which is as per our request) For OBC, yearly around 30k is credited. All necessities are considered by our college and any help is appreciated here.

Campus Life

4.5

Cultural programs and sports programs are there every year. It is held according to our exam timetable and will consider every batch. There are projectors in every class, air conditioning is there. Sports teams are there and any kind of sport is welcome here. There are clubs and student groups are there. And a mentor is assigned to every student to share their troubles.

Hostel Facilities

4

3people in 1room, each is assigned a table, chair, a shelf, a bed and another space to keep our things Food quality is not that good, yet adjustable Caution this to be paid in the beginning, which is refundable Mess fee is around 5000and hostel fee is 750/month

Admission

Eligibility - Neet UG. Application forms, application fees, and application dates can be found on the internet. Reservations are there for backward classes and physically challenged people. The timing of exams is perfect After each module, exams are conducted The admission process can be improved by arranging a more happy environment with people smiling and since it's a hard time for students, I wish they show respect to us more

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are all so interactive and efficient I learnt a lot here, they give chances for us to excel in even surgeries. I have assisted in laparoscopic surgery as an intern. They are great mentors who helped us in achieving my knowledge and skill I have right now All the professor's are approachable and interactive. We could go to them witha any doubts, they are there. Happy to be part of my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.
