Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose that course due to saving time that times I take preparation for NEET. This course has many real-world applications, I think it's not help without a teaching job. It needs to improve to get a job. The timing of the exam is one time internal and another is external.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a student at this college and my course fee is Bsc pure general. The first-time admission fee is 2440 then I pay my fees till the 4th semester which sequence is 312, 630, 652, 1000, 1660, 835, 615. According to me, these are affordable fees for all.

Campus Life

4.5

Here has more festivals like independence day, swarasati day, republic day, farewell, etc. Here is a library you can get many types of books from here. There are no technical provisions in the class room per class but also some classes where you get technological provisions. Yes, many students run social groups like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.

Admission

The eligibility of course is a 12th pass from the science background. The application form, application fees, and application dates are all of these you get from Sukumar Sengupta's official website. I think there is no reservation. The exam difficulty level is good not hard and not easy. So that is medium. Sometimes the official web site cracked down so here needs improvement.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty-to-student ratio is good but needs some improvement, my learning experience is good. The faculty credentials and their approaches are always face to face physically but in COVID time they interact with our online.

My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

Placement Experience:

I currently in 2nd year, so I don't have much idea about placements that college offers. But have a brief idea on the besis of the seniors. My collage provides internships, and the average package is also good. From the sixth semester one can become eligible for internships. My plan is to study further, Msc and PhD.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
