At first I didn't like dentistry, bt this college changed my whole perspective. We get to know that dentistry is not only about mouth but facial structures also. The only thing is the level of exams is very high that it becomes very difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

We get internships in our college plus the stipend in our college is much more than the other institutes which give us the extra benefit of choosing this college. But the stipend is only for the interns and not for the externs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is high as compared to other institutions bt they provide us with many scholarships for the families who can't afford them. The stipend here is much more than the other institutions of the punjab

Campus Life

The overall experience is really good. We don't only study here but they provide us with the wide range of co- curricular activities to showcase our talent and to engage ourselves in various sport activities.

Admission

In our time the admission process was really fair. There was a physical counselling instead of online which helped us to choose our college of interest. The only bad part was the lengthy time to stand in long ques.

Here the teaching quality is very good. They teach us practically on the patients. The staff is really friendly that we can ask our queries anytime without hesitation. They make things easier for us nd make it a better understanding for us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do this degree since I was in 12th class. I wanted to be a doctor either by doing BDS or MBBS. This curriculum of a degree prepares well for the real words so that we can start our own practice, but you have to be willing to learn if you do not learn in your college properly. Then you might have to learn from outside, but it prepares you well for the real life. The exams are held once at the end of every year and the difficulty level of exams is moderate to high, so you have to study very seriously if you want to pass with good marks After the theory exams, they take the practical exams and there is equal mark distribution between theory and practical, and you have to obtain 50% marks for passing

The B.D.S alone in itself is not that fruitful due to surge of dentists in India. Although, if one can set private clinic and can run it it's a wonderful career. Certain basic things are limited for MDS students although they can be tought to the BDS students too.

You need to give NEET UG exam and cut off can go as high as 500 and all the exam details are there on the site of nta, which conducts the examination. There is a reserved category for Christians and they have to sign a bond that they will serve the college for a particular time period after their graduation. CMC specially for course of bsc in cardiac technology

First, there is a test that is mostly based on general knowledge and seats available are fewer. Then there are counselling sessions for each course and only the students who passed that can attend it. They provide details about fees and all the documents like 10th ,12 th marksheets are submitted to them..Reservation benefits are mainly for Christian minorities...There are only 3 seats available for bsc Cardiac technology course so there should we more seats available to students...Read More
