Remarks

My College is best because i have attached many memories with my College that's why i like my College but overall city is very backward but College is good and it is best when it comes to academics, all the toppers of university came out of our College only every year.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

BDS is a medical course, exams are tough to crack but it's a great responsibility to be a doctor. Exams happens every year as it is an annual exam process, degree is of 4 years and 1 year of rotatory internship is necessary.

Placement Experience

2.5

Yes College provides internship, but the jobs and placements are very rare, stipend is very less that is 3000 per month but the fees structure is very much that is about 2lakh per year and 1 lakh per year for the hostel charges.

College Events

2

Yes every year, sports meet and freshers party happens and is enjoyed by students, Diwali party and Lohri party is also celebrated. Students, faculty everyone participate in the events. A lot of conference also happens.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive fee in Punjab medico fee are very expensive, in a private BDS College estimated fee for whole course including the hostel fee jumps up to 15lakh approximately. And all the outcome is very less.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. I don't know about that.

Campus Life

4

Everything is just fine, we do play games like cricket, volleyball, chess, badminton etc. Games play important part in one's health. A gym is opening soon in the College for the health of people in the College.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostels are fine, food in mess sucks badly, rooms are spacious, washrooms are also clean, but the food in mess is very bad experience. There is good space for vehical parking and all. Warden is a good person.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes my seniors were good. They helped me a lot with dealing with patients and making me learn how to do different surgical procedure. They were very good, being a senior i m also very good with my juniors.

Admission

I always wanted to be a doctor. And according to my merit list i got the College after aipmt 2015. It is best BDS College in Punjab. The faculty and environment is very motivating and positive. If i had options from Amritsar College i would have opted that.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty of College is fantastic, all the hods, our principal sir, everyone excels in their fields, and their work. Teachers tend to maintain the discipline and being a little strict only because of benefits of student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do this degree since I was in 12th class. I wanted to be a doctor either by doing BDS or MBBS. This curriculum of a degree prepares well for the real words so that we can start our own practice, but you have to be willing to learn if you do not learn in your college properly. Then you might have to learn from outside, but it prepares you well for the real life. The exams are held once at the end of every year and the difficulty level of exams is moderate to high, so you have to study very seriously if you want to pass with good marks After the theory exams, they take the practical exams and there is equal mark distribution between theory and practical, and you have to obtain 50% marks for passing

The B.D.S alone in itself is not that fruitful due to surge of dentists in India. Although, if one can set private clinic and can run it it's a wonderful career. Certain basic things are limited for MDS students although they can be tought to the BDS students too.
