What Students Say

- Most of the faculties are unfriendly and they are rude
Course Curriculum Overview
There should be more practical based learning as for the computer science course but there's hardly any practical based learning involved it is mostly just theory. Overall, while the curriculum effectively balances theoretical foundations with practical applications, continuous updates and enhancements could better align with evolving industry demands and student needs.
Internships Opportunities
There have been certain companies like Flipkart which gives a stipend of almost 1lakh and PepsiCo which provides stipend of 60k per month while the other mediocre companies pay you 7.5k per month to 15k companies like Xcel corp
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placement from the early stages as 4th semester itself and many companies visited the campus during my 4th semester and one of them was finacle which is associated with Infosys and they also provide internships from 5th to 8th semester. As much as 800 students get placed every year. As my future plans is to do higher studies I will not be opting for campus placement and recruitment. But I must say that they are very good at it.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees for management quota will be around 2.5 lakhs where as if you join through giving exams like KCET then your college fees per year will reduce down to 1lakh and there is also a ssp scholarship available for backward classes which will provide a scholarship of 18k yearly and the placement department is very helpful and does all that is needed by the students to be placed in a job or for internships
Campus Life
Our campus hosts several prominent events throughout the year. The annual cultural festival, typically held in February, which was called vismay showcases diverse talents through music, dance, and art. For technical enthusiasts, the tech fest in October called the hackathon offers a platform for showcasing innovations and technical prowess, fostering a competitive yet collaborative spirit among students.
Admission
The cut off through KCET for the course of BE artificial intelligence and machine learning was 60000 where as it was 30000 for computer science engineering in the year of 2021. I had to go through KCET rounds to get into the college and not specifically from the college
Faculty
While some of the faculties are great teachers, most of them are very bad at teaching and it's hardly understandable and they rush through modules in just a couple of days and don't give much time to study at the end of the semester and they make things hectic
Other Applied Colleges
Atria Institute of Technology | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Information Science & Engineering)
No artificial intelligence course
