Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is both comprehensive and highly relevant to current industry standard , ensuring that we are well prepared for our future careers. While I really appreciate all these aspects, I find the college hours a bit challenging . Adjusting the timing would make the overall experience even better .The teaching method is very good and our faculty never hesitate to solve any doubts we have.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college fees are around 13k, which is very affordable considering the excellent facilities and resources available. Scholarships are offered based on entrance exam results (GATE B, etc) and there are additional scholarships for SC, ST, and OBC students, as well as for students who have the highest marks in the previous class i.e., top three students of the class.

Campus Life

5

I really like the facilities, the library, the campus, and the overall academic environment at the college. The faculties are very helpful and help students a lot. There is a good environment for startups, with many opportunities available.

Admission

The application process is online, the students have to apply through the GTU portal. The applicant first registers and then fills out the form. The admission is merit-based. The merit is based on your last academic year's result and entrance exam result. Some relaxation was provided by GTU to top three students and to the students who take admission based on the entrance exam.

Faculty

5

Our faculty is highly qualified and many of them have patents and interesting projects. With just 21 students in our class, it's easy to approach the teachers. They are very helpful and never hesitate to solve any doubts we have.

In the second year of the MSc, many adtech companies come to the campus to hire students. In 2025, 95% students are placed who are interested in the placement of MSc Mathematics. One of my batchmates got an INR 48 LPA package at the Tech company Accenture Japan. And the average Package is an INR 17 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The things that influenced me include clinical work, which is interesting to me. The curriculum does not prepare you for real-world applications; you need hands-on & clinical practice Teaching methods are already good. For curriculum, more emphasis on real-time clinical exposure is necessary Frequency was one in 3-4 months. Difficulty level can be 7 out of 10

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is excellent in every way! The course, which I did was of Life Sciences, and it's curriculum was absolutely wonderful! The syllabus had been designed such that it perfectly aligned with the syllabus of various exams, such as CSIR, GATE etc. And also, for the end semester dissertation, our university allowed us to pursue it from any other institute or university if we wish to, and encouraged us to do so. And because of that I did my dissertation research from SLS, JNU, in cancer biology.

Placement Experience:

This is year 2021 when we have probably 1000% more jobs in IT than 10 years ago. It is much easier to get in Tier-1 companies. The answer was still a BIG no back in 2010 when two of my closest friends did not get placed in college placement and it did turn out into their favor as they cracked even better companies than the ones at college. Math is simple only if you wish to do it: Assume that you will work your entire life until you retire. Let’s take the most pessimistic scenario of an average employee’s life. Total span of employment: 30 [no one remains unemployed for many years if they really want a job] Years
