I loved the greenery around the campus that made me feel delighted when I was in there.
I liked the library facility available in the campus.
I liked the hostel facility as it is provided to students on nominal prices.

Dislikes

I disliked the administration and lack of discipline.
I disliked the lack of transportation means in the campus.
I disliked the lack of permanent and more experienced faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was well-defined and designed for complete exposure to the petrochemical industries. The curriculum included practicals that gave us good insights. The curriculum can be designed better by removing remembering-based numericals and adding up understanding-based ones.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 23000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements at my college were not very good this year. There was only one recruiter for my core branch and only a few recruiters for tech branches. Mass Recruiters like TCS and Infosys did not recruit on a mass basis.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees per year were around Rs. 24000 and it was the same for all 4 years with no hike. Students from OBC/SC/ST communities had a chance to avail of scholarships and there was a full fee waiver facility for selected merit-based students.

Campus Life

It was a nice experience being on the campus as it is surrounded by greenery. There were not many fests and only one annual sports meet which was overshadowed by mischieves of a particular antisocial group in the college. The library is good, with good collection of books.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Facility is the best thing in the college as fees is very nominal. About the mess, you are not obliged to take mess facilty of hostel and can opt for other private services. We were provided with a bed and a cupboard at such nominal price.

Hostel Fee: INR 2400 per year

Admission

Admission process was fluent and was on campus. I applied through MPDTE after I appeared for JEE-Mains . Application form was available on mpdte website and as of now, same process gets followed for the admission process.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty-to-student ratio was fine as per the university standards. We had one faculty for our class of 60 students. The faculties were good as they had industry experience and they kept giving us industry insights.

At MANIT,Bhopal students are eligible for placments from 7th semester . Companies like Microsoft, amazon ,adobe ,tcs, infosys and wipro visit , offering software,core and consulting roles. The highest package crosses 60 lakhs, while the average is aroung 10-12 lpa. over 85-90% of eligible stduent get placed. After graduation , I plan to pursue career in software development and research.

Placement Experience:

In bechlors 5th sem. Student are able to get a internship. And also 6th sem. Student are able to get a job if it was a skills. They have many companies are visited like hcl,flipkart,Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, and Hyundai and many more like messo etc. In last year many student are placed and average package is 4lpa and the higher is 14 lpa . Generally companies are 7 or more cgpa to get hired. But you a skill to you can also selected with less cgpa. Iwas currently doing my internship in tcs as a web developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is not updated so they need to update mean put only that subjects that helps atudents in there career.The timing of the exam that is from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm is not good at all it the time when all feel sleepy.

I chose CSE because I want to be a software engineer. The faculty-student ratio is good. Like 1:34. Facilities are Masters qualified and some have P.Hd degree also. 1st Midterm exam is taken very early in college.

The eligibility of the course is you have a bachelor degree in computer application or any stream with mathematics as a subject. The admission form is available on the mpdte site. Reservation benifits are given to all the categories . The timing of exams conducted by college is per semester in 6 months. The admission process is done by the MP DTE online . Admission process follows standard procedure of giving JEE after 12th class and clearing JEE mains. Each department has its cutoff which usually ranges from 100 to 180 narks in jee.
